Shipping Costs
Your shipping costs are too high. You should consider USPS Priority Mail. My cable could have been shipped for $5.75 in two days. Most of the flat rate containers the USPS could accommodate a lot of cables.

I am assuming checkout, but just wanted to make sure. Shipping rate is ridiculous
I paid $10 for a 10-foot cable, which I was okay with. But to pay $10 to ship the cable via ground? Come on. You could roll this cable and drop it off at the USPS and pay $1. I don't know why I actually continued with the transaction because I should have looked elsewhere. (As a response to Kim, I appreciate the review of the shipping rates, but that still doesn't help me. The selection of products was vast, and customer service appears willing to improve. However, I am maintaining my rating because the shipping cost left such a bad taste that if someone else were to purchase right now, they would experience the same problem. I think it is important that they see and understand that.)

They charged me $70.00 for next day air shipping of a single 25ft cable. If i didn't need the cable next day i would NOT have ordered from them.

Cables to Go Charges TOO MUCH FOR SHIPPING
I love the company - purchase a fair amount of items but the shipping cost are out of control cost wise. As a large company that uses FedEx and UPS I know the cost to ship items out and this appears to be costly to receive items. Would like an option on the website to select my own carrier and use my existing UPS corporate number. Should not be a source for revenue - it FedEx is the only option they should be passing on better rates to the customer. The Star Rating is based on the Shipping cost - Thank you

Impossible to contact anyone!
Had to place my order as a "GUEST" even though I have an account. When using my account I kept getting the VERIFY pop-up over & over. Contacting LeGrand & C2G by phone was horrible! I was asked to leave a message only, no method available to speak with Sales Rep. Message states C2G (LeGrand) working from home even though pandemic has been declared over.

I use to be a regular here for my company as the IT Director, since this place got bought out by Legrand its been ran like poop I made an account and waited for Tax Exempt to get by with stuff sitting in my cart Then after it said I could order, all the items in my cart would not process error - please enter shipping (already did multiple times) error - please put in billing address (already did multiple time) error - please pick shipping method (no shipping method would pop up) you cannot call anyone at C2G now and the stupid sales people online cant help with c2g orders, even though its "part" of them and chat and the dumbass number on this site calls / contacts Legrand only then they point you at emails, so more waiting it took me literally 5 days to buy 10 items I will take my business to amazon or best buy or microcenter, this crap is crazy sad part is I live in Ohio where c2g has been located for ever, 3 blocks down the road This is trash
