I have a confirmation email "RE: Account# 10589519, Reseller (LTK121420169081560X)" 8/29/2018 08:44am acknowledging the request and promising the 48hrs to reflect on the account. I have placed multiple orders since that date and am still being charged tax. I would like this resolved

ordered 2 weeks ago and paid with paypal, and although I have a paypal receipt for proof, your staff really didn't give a f#ck. Hopefully this second chance goes smoother or ill spend some time writing reviews to warn others.

You can't check out as a guest in PayPal. It says your email is invalid, which is isn't. Then, when I tried to use live chat, all agents were busy, but I had to wait several minutes for that. I eventually had to give you my email address to track the order so you can spam the daylights out of me.

Cable did not work
After climbing through a 100 degree attic for one hour. The cable did not work. My mistake but I should have tested it first, but still I didn't expect that. Found a new cable locally and tested it first and it worked.

I went on your web site stated what I needed but you sent me the wrong cable, the one you sent me is for a tv I needed one for a Sylvania 8099 8gb mp3 player, a normal phone or mp3 player sync/charging cable does not fit it's irregular shaped plug, is there an adapter for it so I can use my phone charging cable on it? please send me instructions on how to return the wrong cable you guys mistakenly sent me.
