So aggravated. Never again.
Bought $2000 worth of furniture 2 weeks ago. Has not been delivered to my house yet. Nobody answers the phone at the delivery/ showroom. Do not buy from these folks. Save yourself the aggravation.

They charged me 25% restocking fees in items that I did not have yet, they ordered it from main store to local store, we agreed on free shipping, apparently free shipping to Belfuniture means to their store, really ? no one else I know interpret it that way, so why restocking fee if I did not even touch it ? Then if you call them they said try our furniture for 3 days you can return it full refund no question asked. When I told them about that, they said three days from the time you order not the time you have, really ? Fake businesses and advertisement, I need my 25% restocking fee back, I did not even see the items that I bought, why restocking fees ?

Worst customer service received in my…
Worst customer service received in my whole life from the manger to the cashier....just need to get well trained to handle customers, we purchased thousands of dollar furniture and they told as to get out of the store for no reason.......the story started when they sold our coffee table and two side table which was purchased less than a month and i went to pick it up today from the store as it was fragile they said it can't be delivered.....and we got the shock to hear when they said our tables were already sold to someone else and that was the last piece of the store .Then came the manger and started explaining me about the options and he said the floor piece should be picked in 10 days (which certainly was not informed to us by their sales person) and it was not a mistake from their side and he said i can search and get one for you from the wear house which will may or may not be received. We were very disappointed because we have already bought our sofa from them and that coffee table set was the perfect match with that sofa set. We understand that mistakes happen but it would feel better if the manager would take the responsibility of his staffs mistake who did not bothered to tell us that we need to pick our order in 10 days. A genuine sorry from the manger would have not created so much of caos. Management needs to be patient and calm with customers. We are their regular customers and this service is highly not appreciated. Every disappointment has a reaction and not to be disrespectful to any one but the cashier seriously needs to be well trained. It was very hurting when the lady told us to "LEAVE THE STORE RIGHT NOW" and started arguing with us. I felt like cancelling my whole oder which was almost close to $4000 and the manger said pay 25% cancellation fees and cancel your oder........am in a state of devastation as they make as feel like they are doing a favor on us but seriously there are many stores in houston to go to but we unfortunately choose them for the last time in our life. Bel management you have to reallllllllyyyyyyy need to address this store manger and the cashier they are soooooooo rude. I do not post reviews but I had to do this so that it does not happens to anyone else. Buying furniture is like buying a car or any big investment and we are in a truma today due to your staff. Complete dishonesty and deceptive trade practices by sales manager(Kevin) and store manage (Ed). Watch out as they are advertising on OfferUp and then accept your offer until you drive across town to make the purchase and then say "sorry I I didn't see where you made an offer" complete scam!!!

SELLING USED UNSANITIZED FLOOR MODELS & FALSE ADVERTISING. The manager will sell you used floor models as new without you knowing. Let me explain.. I walk into the store and see this sectional LV5863-set but it had a SOLD sticker on the tag so I asked the sells lady about it with the manager right by her and they said it was sold & was the last one, I asked if there was anyway possible they could order one, they replied “no”! While I was looking at another couch I was interested in, the manager and sales representative approached me and informed me they have found another couch (the one I was wanting from the beginning). Here is where the FALSE ADVERTISING comes into play. I call Bel Furniture in Clute TX (because this is who I originally did business and wanted them to have the opportunity to earn my business again and they informed me that Katy was where the warehouse is and would have a bigger selection to choice from so I wanted to confirm they could get this item that Katy had in their showroom). I called to ask them if they could get this couch because I felt like I was getting the run around, the manager there checked and said there was none available (she checked the warehouse in Katy Tx and other stores around). So I brought it to the manager attention so we could figure out what was going on, I proceeded to ask him if I would be buying the floor model or was I getting something brand new in the box, his reply was “you can either get the one on the floor or we can get you a brand new one.” How is that when you were claiming that this one was sold? And now you’re telling me it’s available?? He said that this one isn’t sold (the one on the floor, that he claim from the beginning that was sold and the that had the green sold sticker on the tag). So I asked him “so this is the last one available?” and he said no, that he found one at another showroom which was in Sugerland TX, and that he could get me a new one.. I left the store after he gave me the same run around on the 2nd couch I was interested in. I wasn’t going to do business with someone that is lying to my face, but I wanted the couch so I call the Sugerland location & ask them about these specific couches to see if they were indeed in stock, and they informed me they do NOT have them in stock and haven’t had the couch in months. I called the Katy location back to talk to the same manager, and the lady that answered told me that the manager is not available right now can I get your number & he can give you a call back. I told her I would like to hold... less than a minute later she takes me off hold & tells me she’s transferring me to the Clute store. Which was a great way of showing this stores true colors of honesty & customer care. This store is selling unsanitary floor models claiming that they have them in stock but really you are buying used floor models that are put back into the box to make you think your getting a new product. This specific Bel Furniture store is a joke & a scam. Ran by disloyalty. Don’t let them con you. Like they tried to do to me.

Rated very low for conflicting payment processes at payment part of their web page. Our experience price was reasonable but the slid in the need to pick up the purchase at their warehouse when their payment pages on their site indicated 2 options, "pick up" or "ship" then the next panel of the shipping screen indicates your home address with no special instructions that a pick up at a warehouse will be needed. Their ship proceeds to the next payment finalization again with no further reminders to pick up your item at an alternate location. Our confirmation email was the first notification Bel furniture needed the customer to go to a warehouse way on the outskirts of our city. BBB and other complaint web sites have plenty of warnings of Bel Furniture poor service. I wish this company well, to allow patrons good pricing but they need to consider their business ethics especially their web site use and service to the patrons. I think impulse tells me they seem happy with their percentage of customers who will unknowingly be bullied into completing their sale onv the possibility many will just proceed even though they have been manipulated.

NEVER AGAIN!!! This place is a scam. The customer service at the head office is horrible. They are all a bunch of liars that do not communicate with each other at all. One person says one thing at the showroom store but then the main office calls and tells you something completely different. I took off a whole day waiting on the delivery man that never came to pick up this piece of crap to repair it. The furniture is cheap and very crappy. If you still choose to purchase from them, make sure you are not moving because the warranty is null and void if you move. Of course they do not point that out to you. Just STAY AWAY from this store!

Worst experience
Worst experience. Purchase patio furniture it's tearing in 11 months. Patio furniture is covered on a screen patio and when it rain I have a cover on top. . It is tearing at the bottom and I was told they would of repaired now Margaret's with business office is stated I used it every week that may be the reason for the furniture coming apart. .worse experience I have had with a company.

In the beginning of the year of 2021 I purchased 2 beds from bell function. Within 4 months I called about the drawers on the bed falling apart. I'll let the company know that I think I should consider getting a new bed because I had just purchased the beds. They told me they had to send someone out a total of more than 2 times before I can consider getting a new bed period of course I had to make those 2 calls because the beds continue to fall apart. The last phone call the customer service representative told me that they couldn't send anyone out anymore and that I had to continue to take pictures because at this point they want to see if I was tearing the bed apart on purpose. Now it's one year and 2 months later and my son's bed is on the floor the drawers are not connected to the bed And yet bell furniture said that they couldn't do anything because I was out of my one year warranty which is which is crazy because from the beginning I was telling them the bed was falling apart and that I may need a new bed do bad. At this point I will tell anyone not to buy anything from bell furniture because if they assemble your purchase and it breaks you don't get a new one.My $576 for the beds and $100 for delivery just given to Bel Furniture!!!!

NEVER TRUST BEL OR THE GUARANTEE. They are thieves and liars as we even have a signed guarantee regarding any damage that was NOT done by us. Fading and NOT by the sun. Spots of all sorts on our upholstry. We even submitted pics.

I ordered a bedroom set from Bel Furniture and it was delivered without the nightstand. I was told this by the driver I wouldn't recommend these people at all for any type of furniture purchase. I should have been notified ahead of time not during delivery. I would have canceled the order.

Ordered a furniture package of living, dining & bedroom only to have it arrive in different shades of the color ordered. Store gave us run around about it & we had to go into the store, pick out another set & pay more money to fix their mistake. Not happy at all & they do not have good customer service. The correct thing would have been to make sure it all matches as advertised without charging us more for their mistake. Very unhappy & can not believe that they would not just make it right.

Can you give a negitive star
I gave it a star but would actually take a star away . I boought over 9K worth of furniture and some of it hasnt lasted a year. My couch had issues on delivery day I felt like they blew me off and made me think it was me being over critical . I called back and they did minimum to correct issue . It was only a bandaid and when I called they said this should be covered by Guardian the extra warranty I purchased. They said store shoud cover . Store said that I missed the warranty by 30 days . Guardian was called back and said should be covered by Manufacture warranty. Store then said we missed warranty by 30 days . Took a Better Business Burea Complaint to get someone to call me as the district and regional managers never even bothered to call or email me back. So I received a call and said they would send someone out and they would call morinng of appointment to confirm. I received email and confirmed exactly per directions . I was told later after I called to see what time that I didnt confirm. Then it was I confirmed but too late. I wish I had went to Joe Furniture down the road and bought the less expensive furniture with better customer service. I will never buy anything from this company again .

Unreliable. Irresponsible
I bought dinette set to be delivered on 5/27 So got rid of old set to make room for new one. New one did not arrive on 5/27 without any one notifying me. When I called they said that it wouldn't come in for another month. Now I have nothing to eat on or sit on. Still don't know when it's supposed to arrive . They are very nice before you buy but after awards it is a different story. They put on an extended warranty without my knowing it. Had to call them to get money back. Some other things that they do: Give you 90 days to pay them off but they run the 90 days in a loan at your bank. That way they're not responsible if anything goes wrong as you have to take complaints to the bank not them. Also on their site on the internet in reviews they seem to only show the good ones. Can't figured out what they do with bad ones. Also They are not accredited by BBB. They don't seem to even come close to being a legitable business. Be aware. In my opinion they should not be in business!

Bought a sectional and some chest…
Bought a sectional and some chest drawers. waited a month to have them delivered only for them to show up with the chest drawers by themselves. No prior notice of any delays with the sectional was communicated. Called the Katy Store and the manager promised to have it delivered in 3 business days. They showed up only for us to discover that they had sold us the floor model. Called the store and was told by a very assuming and unhelpful manager called Rueben that we would have to give back a 25% restocking fee if we cancelled. We argued but it was not being useful and so we just needed to have the sofa gone. This cost us almost $550. To this date we have been unable to find a compromise or a fair solution just because we didnt reject the sectional at the time of delivery even though 30 minutes after their truck left we called the company. I regret the day i went into the store and will never return and hopefully many more people would avoid them.

Good material, but has a big defect inside the drawer. 4 stars should be enough. Wish they had a place for photo uploads to see how it is. The pickup place is far away from my house and it's heavy, so I have to keep it.
