Complete dishonesty and deceptive trade practices by sales manager(Kevin) and store manage (Ed). Watch out as they are advertising on OfferUp and then accept your offer until you drive across town to make the purchase and then say "sorry I I didn't see where you made an offer" complete scam!!!
