We wish we had shopped inside the store…
We wish we had shopped inside the store rather than online. We found the same exact piece inside the store for less than online. We had made the purchase and therefore allowed everything to stay the same instead of going through red tape to change. Next time, we will purchase directly inside the store.

Employee needs to be more knowledgeable
The lady that contacted me about my order does not know what she is doing and is not professional. She was giving me information about the delivery process that made no sense. When I asked questions about the delivery process she basically said that’s just the way they do things. She kept putting me on hold because she realized herself that what she was saying made no sense. She finally understood what I was talking about and proceeded to give me the correct information.

After visiting 2 stores I was…
After visiting 2 stores I was disappointed because I was looking for a certain style of furniture. When I found what I liked I was told it only came in the cream color, which was not going to work for me. I visited other competitors and could not find the same piece. Decided to look online and found exactly what I wanted by a picture even though it stated the color was cream. I contacted someone in Victoria Texas and they chatted with me saying they were pretty sure it was the brown color I was looking for. I ordered it without knowing if I was going to like. It was delivered today and it is PERFECT!!!! The 2 delivery drivers were very nice and I would give them a 10 on their work had they not scuffed my floors. The coordinator calling to give me updates on delivery time was exceptional too!!! I will definitely use Bel in the future!!!

This place NEEDS to be shut down
This place NEEDS to be shut down. I bought a brand new sofa thinking it was going to be as they showed it, but absolutely not. They gave me the most used, absolutely beat down, ugliest sofa that they had. When they delivered it, I automatically requested for it to get returned because I bought a brand new one. They also asked me to sign an affidavit for me to receive an old used one and I purposely declined for this reason but they still went against my will. It’s been a few weeks at this point and I’ve been arguing with the horrible management since this sofa got delivered. They’re insisting that I pay for the movers to come and pick it up. Once I stated that I was not going to pay anything and need them to come and pick up this sofa and issue the refund, I never received a response. This business is fraudulent!!

I purchased an outdoor patio swing
I purchased an outdoor patio swing, and a sectional sofa. They were both delivered on the same day. I was informed by the delivery/installers, that they would only assemble the sofa and not the patio furniture. They left the two boxes for me to assemble. I assembled the patio swing and the canvas material was torn and coming apart at the seams. I called customer service and sent them pictures. They told me the items would be delivered on 25 October. Nobody called me on 25 or 26 October and no replacement item was delivered. Today, the 27th of October, I called customer service again and the lady said the technician tried to deliver yesterday and no one was home. I informed her I work from home and was home all day, and no one ever called me or appeared on my security camera footage. I am now on hold to speak to a manager, and have been on hold for 24 minutes up to this point. The service I am receiving is very poor and unacceptable.
