Lights that I bought the previous year…
Lights that I bought the previous year were working when I took them down and all six strands do not work. Even when I replace the fuses bought six new strands this year not knowing the old ones wouldn’t work and already one of them doesn’t work. I liked them last year but I won’t buy more for next year. I was going to keep building until I had a lot I own an Irish pub. It was St. Patrick’s Day decorations very cute, but Brake very easily, not even up 24 hours

Hello, We had emailed you yesterday regarding your email that you had sent, as with any novelty light any bump in electricity can cause an issue with this type of light strand. Surge protectors are recommended for these type of strands. We do sell replacement light strings for much cheaper than the the full set as well. As for the set you had just purchased we can replace those as they are still under warranty we are just awaiting your response to our email. Thank you, Oogalights Customer Service

when someone places a order and they don't to create a password or account..
when someone places a order and they want to check out as a guest and you still make them make a password then you lack the smarts to just let someone make a order and get out of that page.. I almost order the same product twice because I had to play by your rules of wanting all the info you could get on them..

There is a section for a username and password in the guest checkout system that allows you to create an account, however it does state that is optional (not required if choosing to check out as guest). Sold lights that did not work and was…
Sold lights that did not work and was advertised wrong. Website says 6 ft, they are 5ft. My family was extremely sick for 2 weeks so I did not get around to contacting them. We were more focused on if we needed to go to the hospital! When I did contact them they said too bad because it's after the holidays. Their policy is no refunds after the holiday of the item. Probably to prevent people from returning after using. Which most would not do that. Why? Because you have to pay for the return shipping AND restocking fee if after a certain date. I wouldn't support a company that is heartless and money hungry. Terrible karma on their behalf. Especially since I can attest the vaccine and booster does not work against this new variant.

Be Careful What You Post….
The ordering process was without incident but slow. If Melissa (Office Manager at OogaLights) does not like your post, it will be flagged and your order cancelled. When I ordered the product a second time, their supplier sent an “incorrect” product so I was refunded a second time. Shop elsewhere.

Fall leaf lights
While colorful and a good size, I do not recommend these lights because they lit up briefly and then wouldn't light again. Very disappointing performance.

Hello, I am sorry you were disappointed but we do not have a 10 percent coupon code. People post fake codes for companies all the time on the internet but we do not have a 10 percent code. We do have coupons at times for $5.00 off an order of $25 or more but have never had a 10 percent coupon code. Again I am sorry you were disappointed but the code was not ours.
