I ordered replacement Christmas light…
I ordered replacement Christmas light bulbs and none of them work correctly. They are supposed to be bright and half of them don't work at all and the others are very dim.

Everything was great until
Everything was great, right up until I plugged them in and nothing. Didn't work. Waste of 25 dollars.

My experience on you website was poor
My experience on you website was poor, not likely to repeat. I did order a product and joined the email listing. I was to get a slight discount with joining your site, but the code failed to work. No discount for joining as you site claims. No I am concern what kind of site your are, can I trust the credit card information etc... no confidence

The lights did not work
The lights did not work. They had been taped together with electrical tape and they would not stay on. Very disappointing.

Hello, The lights that you purchased were connected by the manufacturer with the electrical like tape. They are connected like this because they are one piece - 1 bundle of 3 twigs . The branches are not to be separated and if they are then a short would happen in the electrical which would make them not work. Purchased the Popsicle lights
Purchased the Popsicle lights. POOR quality. Sent them back letting them know how disappointed I was, they could care less. That took 25% off for restocking. Paid $55, after shipping the POOR quality lights back it cost me about $27 to learn a lesson NEVER do business with this company again. DON"T buy from them, POOR quality, TERRIBLE return policy, and a COULD CARE LESS customer service department.

Frank, When we spoke with you on the phone in regards to you wanting to return your lights you let us know that the lights had been opened and hung up. We let you know that our return policy states that if items are not returned in the same packaging condition that they were sent to you in that there would be a 25% re-stocking fee. The lights were returned to us with the labels shredded and not in re-sellable condition, which is why the restocking fee was issued. We take our customer service VERY seriously and we are sorry that you are unhappy with our procedures, but they were all written out in the return request email we sent, on our website in our return policy and were told to you over the phone when we spoke. Hello, You had to have completed an order to have an email from Trustpilot sent to you. Trustpilot sends an automated email to all customers after they place their order for a service review regarding their online shopping experience and another after an order has shipped which is a product review. This is not a mailing system and you will not receive further emails from them. Hello Edris, As it was stated to you over the phone when you called customer service this morning, your order was placed after hours on 1/16 and was put on hold due to non-payment. We sent you an email at 8:36am on 1/17 letting you know that your credit card was declined and to contact us to update your payment. This morning you provided us with a valid credit card and we are in the process of getting your order shipped out today. Juan, I am not sure who you spoke with in regards to shipping time, but we do not guarantee delivery times unless it is an expedited shipment. Unfortunately, once the order leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the postal service or carrier. I have tracked your order and it is on the vehicle for delivery today. The new string of lights is smaller…
The new string of lights is smaller bulb ends than our old ones so in order to fit we needed to put tape around the novelties. Unfortunately we didn't keep the end of the burned out bulbs. the are the right bulbs though. I wish now I would have ordered more bulbs but at least I know now where to get the bulbs for the 10 light strings. Thank you.

Hello Deb, When you placed your order with our customer service team, they made sure to let you know that the replacement strand is a non-custom strand and is not guaranteed to fit the lights you were asking about. It is also stated right on the product page that this is a general replacement strand and due to the variety of manufacturers it is not made for any specific brand and cannot be guaranteed to fit all light caps. Ron, When I spoke with your wife when placing the order via phone, I let her know that this product was being shipped from a warehouse closer to you. Unfortunately, the tracking information takes an extra day or so for us to get it from another warehouse, and they are closed on weekends. If I could give them a zero
If I could give them a zero, i would. I ordered what I thought was a decent quality rheostat and what I got was a HARBOR FREIGHT rheostat at THREE TIMES THE PRICE!!! I could not believe it. Paid nearly $45 for the Harbor Freight product I can get at Harbor Freight for $16.

Waste of time
I placed online order 225089 on 9/19/18 for a $1000 BBQ grill and used a different ship to address, as I'm not home during the day to receive and sign for packages. My ship to address is my local UPS store, that will inspect and sign for my packages while I'm working. My credit card went thru without a problem, just as it has with many similar purchases. I received a credit card fraud inquiry from the merchant, not from my credit card. The merchant questioned the address, I replied. The merchant then questioned weather the UPS store was capable of receiving shipments by Freight, to which I replied yes they are and yes they have received freight shipments many times in the past for me. I then receive an email from accounting saying that the grill is not in stock at any of their 6 warehouses and they would not be able to fill my order. I replied that I'm a little surprised they're canceling my order, as most items this size are drop shipped by the manufacturer. Also, one of the employees left a positive review on google posing as a customer, hardly reputable.

Bill, Your order was flagged as a possible fraudulent order due to the billing and shipping addresses not matching your credit card. This flag automatically places your order on hold in our system. We then went through our normal procedure with this type of order flag: Contact customer to let them know order is placed on hold due to the Billing/Shipping addresses not matching and ask customer to either change shipping address to the billing address or add the shipping address onto the credit card list of authorized ship-to addresses. We did this as soon as the order was placed. Next, you responded by saying that the shipping location is a UPS store, which still did not match the billing address and is not a verified authorized ship-to address on the credit card. After we responded saying that the grill would have to ship LTL freight, via semi-truck, and could not be delivered to the UPS store but can to your physical address, you emailed back stating that they get freight deliveries at that location. While still waiting for your response that you added the shipping address to your credit card list of authorized ship-to addresses, we started looking up which of our warehouse locations we were going to ship from and discovered that we were out of stock on this particular grill. (Note: some of our grills are seasonal items) We also were finding out if that ship to location accepts pallet deliveries from our freight company. It is at that point that we contacted you to let you know that we had to cancel the order because of lack of inventory. We are apologizing for not removing an out of stock item from the site in a timely fashion and thus allowing you to place your order. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received but we feel that we handled this situation in an appropriate manner. We do have some other grills available on our site that you are welcome to look at but we would still need you to add the ship to address as a authorize ship to address on your credit card which we will then verify with the credit card bank. We will also still need to verify if the UPS store accepts pallet size deliveries. If you would like to move forward with one of our other grills please let us know. Website said item was in stock. After ordering I received an email that item was not in stock and they had no idea when the item would be in stock.

Greg, The item that you ordered is a seasonal item and not one that we stock in our warehouse (we stock about 95% of our current items, as stated on our website), so unfortunately until someone places an order for a particular item that we get directly from the manufacturer we are unaware that the item unavailable at that time. We had sent you an email the day your order was placed letting you know that the umbrella base you purchased is on back order until the middle of July. We gladly refunded your PayPal account and canceled your order since you did not want to wait until it was back in stock. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Bought 8 sets and 4 are not working …
Bought 8 sets and 4 are not working now. With 1 completely not working as it sprayed when we tested in an outlet in the house. I can not get hold of anyone to get a refund or replace them. No one person has called me back. For $18.00 these lights should NOT be doing this. I could go to Target and get $4.99 box lights that will work for multiple years!

Per our conversation, we are sending a return label for the defective products and will issue a credit once they are returned to us.
