They offer 10% discount on first order …
They offer 10% discount on first order or when you open an account............. but unfortunately they don't honor it. It has nothing to do with the amount of money involved..... it's the principal of making an offer to attract someone and then not honoring it.

Domenic- Did you check your email folder? When you sign up on our website for the 10% off an email is sent with a code. This code contains both letters and numbers and if not copied over correctly could be a reason why the code is not working. All of the codes that are emailed are valid. I had to call company three times to …
I had to call company three times to get a response. The people answering the first two calls promised someone would call me back and no one ever did. I called about a high failure rate (approx 10%) of the warm faceted LED lights that are advertised on Ooga's site as lasting "up to 20,000 hours" and mine failed with less than 100 hours. I was told that the 20,000 hours was only under continously "on" lab conditions with optimal power (a fact not noted on the site) Ooga's tone was accusatory with them saying it had to be my fault and because this was stated by more than one person I can only assume it is a poor company-wide attitude

Coupon code of SHIPFREE does not work
I ordered four LED light bulbs, with clear understanding from website about free shipping when typed in SHIPFREE coupon code. I did just that. However, final order page reflected shipping charge, and there is no way to cancel order or exit out. It was too late to contact customer service at night, so I was forced to pay the unexpected shipping charge. I hope there is a good explanation for this deceitful advertisement.

SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM
The wrong items were shipped to me. This was a blatant error. However, when I called customer service, the person who assisted me was apologetic and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem. All that remains to be seen is whether the correct merchandise will be shipped.

Shipping too expensive and slow.
I would love to review the product - but I can't do that yet because I STILL have not received my shipment. I had to pay almost $10 in shipping and 8 days later I still have nothing. Every time I log in to check the shipping status it still shows "In Transit". For how much they charge for shipping, this wait time is unacceptable.

cheap quality and smaller then I thought
I was surprise do how small they were and the Cheap paint job ... they look like they will fade super fast if exposed to any sunlight... Just overall cheapness to the product

Information not given Wrong Product Sent
I ordered black string lights and they sent me white. I have a headache on my hands now. ALSO, I bought the 330' string lights. Now I should have read more carefully on what was included, but no one told me I needed to buy the actual plug component. Now I have to make a PO for $2.50. My first experience with Ooga was good, but this is just sloppy, lazy work.

Good quality but two dead sockets need replace
Fast delivery good quality used for business patio. But two dead sockets have to replace full 100 feet that are already hung. Will change review when completed to satisfaction!

Not what it seems!
Well, I saw this great picture on your website of gold 4" bulb lights that had beading accents. They were to come on a six ft. Strand. When I received my two orders of lights in the mail the gold balls looked nothing like the picture.they were a basic wire ball that I could have made myself at home. Unsatisfactory on your part. The pumpkin lights are so cute but 1/2 stopped working within 3 days. I got them on Friday by Monday 1/2 were not working. :(

Customer was sent replacement strand and it was tested before it was re shipped. The Mfg. was contacted for the malfunction. Sorry this occured. Oogalights.com

Slow, Slow shipping.
First time ordering form oogalights. When strings arrived, 1 string would only light 1/2 of the bulbs (advertisement says if 1 bulbs goes out rest stay on, nothing said about bad wire or connection) Moved wire around and rest of lights came on. no confidence in product now. Order placed on line on weekend, Received notice on monday that items were shipped, checked tracking number, package on the way. Eight (8) working days later, package arrives. Schedule delivery date was change 3 times, After thursday no tracking info available. I feel the shipping time was very unreasonable. Would have been willing to pay more if delivery had been quicker

Bulbs not bright enough
These LED bulbs were labeled as 11 watt equivalent but they are not nearly as bright as 11 watt incandescent bulbs. We bought them to light up an outdoor patio but they can't do the job.

I cancelled my order within 15 minutes…
I cancelled my order within 15 minutes of placing it. I know it was not processed tgat quickly or packaged ti ship but was informed order coukd not be cancelled. Not happy with thud response. The price was almost double of another company.
