You do have very bad service in more than one way. First of all I tried to order the lights and you said the cart was (0). Then I started all over again and completed then sent it. A few moments later I got you E-MAIL saying that my order of 21405 is being sent. Then right afterwards another E-MAIL saying that 21406 was also being shipped. Right away I sent you back my E-MAIL on 21405 that this one & 21406 were ordered and I only wanted one. After the second came in I sent another E-MAIL to you on 21406 saying I got another order of 21405 and only wanted one. No response for some time so I called your number and you kept saying your buzzy and if you want to leave a message you would return my call right away. That was also not done. Now you sent me a review and ask how good the service is. Wonder if you even care and is this just a waist of my time & yours? ....James

In response to your review- we received the email that you sent in regards to your duplicate order. A customer service representative emailed you back on 4/19/17 at 8:38am stating that they would cancel your order number 214405, your credit card would not be charged, and that order 214406 would be shipped out that day. Our system shows that your order 214405 was canceled and your credit card information was voided. Our records show the voicemail was left after hours. Our hours are 8:30am to 5pm CST. We attempted to contact you the following morning and your voicemail mailbox was full. Your order 214406 is expected to be delivered tomorrow, April 22nd. Your tracking information was emailed to you.

lights not working
I spoke to a worker tell her that my first light of rope lights didnt work so she send me another one with the same problem and she told me she wouldn't send another and offer a refund but i didn't want a refund i wanted my light's. So i had to buy another set of rope lights and she could of offer a discount but she didn't so i paid full price for them. I was so dissapointed with oogalights that im not going to buy anything from them. My rope lights came in today and they work while they were in the box and it appears to be find. Not what I ordered!
I ORDERED 5 white led flickering tea light candles. What I received was 1 orange led candle, 2 white double led non-flickering candles, 1 white flickering candle (the only piece of the 5 that I actually ordered), and one that didn't work at all, even with new batteries. Save your money, don't order!

Over priced for the quality
I needed lights with crosses. This is the only company I could find that carried them. They were delivered today. The shipping was quick. The price is crazy for the quality of the product!

Don't buy
Their solar lights are so weak, they can barely be seen. Stay away from this product as they are useless even for decorative purposes.

Very disappointed
These lights were in with the Easter lights. I plugged them in and they are primary colors not pastel. False advertising. I also called customer service upon receipt of the lights and was forced to leave a voice mail promising a timely response. Two days later and nobody has called.

There was no warning my order was out of stock
Haven't received my Christmas tree lights yet from Oogalights, with one week to go. There was no out of stock warning on this order until after I placed my order, then it appeared on an email about the package not being sent. Not a good way to do business.

The order was placed on 12/10/14 and shipped out that day with a tracking number and was delivered 2 days later on 12/12/14 to its destination. Please return our voice mails regarding this matter. Thank you.

Disappointed
We like the lights but there exterior for outdoors then tell me why there 1/2 thimble of water in each light, This tells me there not sealed, I am getting a hold of the company I received them from and will return them for refund. thanks

Waste of money
I purchased a curtain strand of lights to put up in my daughters room. I was going to hang them behind some gauze curtains for her Frozen themed bedroom. The lights worked initially.. but when I tried to put them up they flickered and half of them went dark. What a waste of money. SO disappointed.

Great lights shipped quickly!
We needed a heavy strand of outdoor lights for a covered porch. Boy, did we find them. The cord is heavy duty and the sockets tight and weatherproof. They look great. Our only problem was that 2 of the 25 count box of bulbs were broken or dead but that could be a problem with UPS.

Wanted refund on item --NOT
We bought e electric flag lights-used one and loved it-The other one was put away for another time. Got the second one out to use a year later and it was broke-would not light up right , part of the rope was bad. Talked to OOGA LIGHTS and they would not honor an exchange. we had all of the paper work and explained that it was new in box . they just said NO WAY . we tried to talk to Customer service and they said NO WAY--!!!!!!

Bought a great set of patriotic lights
Bought a great set of patriotic lights. But barely lasted a year and a half. Talked to management who could only tell me to buy a $21 repair kit for a $17 set of lights. Even a 10 percent discount or free delivery would have been enough to get me back as a customer. Update: customer service called back as you can see and their reply was the same, which essentially...buy another set of lights...no thanks...my review stands...

Clumsy ordeal to update password
Process to update account password was quite cumbersome. Wouldn’t allow me to checkout as a guest. Almost was not able to make purchase. Love your products and selection though.
