After ordering and receiving a wall panel, we discovered that the measurements of the panel did not match our order exactly. We contacted the company, and they were apologetic and re-cut a new panel with no questions asked. Both the quality of the panel, and the customer service from this Company were excellent.

This is our second order from Wainscoting America as our first purchase went so well. I waited to rate our experience until we had our first purchase installed and completed. This is an easy way to spruce up the look and even transform the way a room appears. My advice to those considering this option is to MEASURE accurately!! It will make your project go sooo much smoother.

Deb. I've a bit of experience framing many houses in my years as a contractor. However having Dev drive this assured the project went smoothly. And did it ever! All of the pieces went together and the joints look great. Mind you this house was built in 1900. We really couldn't be more pleased. Great job Deb!
