We purchased in 2010 and are about to do our new home. Service was excellent and support was awesome from start to finish. We even made the "hall of fame photos" Look at the picture of under "foyer" and we lived in Raleigh so you will see that referenced!

Delivery was slower than advertised
Delivery was slower than advertised. A few mistakes in sizes of panels and reverse moulding not sent. Was able to correct Wainscoting America cutting errors and Deb was very prompt and accommodating in sending additional components.

Worth every penny!
This company was excellent to work with. I went through the website and designed everything myself. This process was a bit cumbersome and ultimately did not pan out. However when I called to speak with them everything changed. Deb took over and designed the whole space, her professionalism and quick responses more than made up for the initial experience trying to do it on my own. This product cut my install time from months to days. It made my life easier and really saved my painter a lot of time. In turn saving my customer money and most importantly, the home owner is blown away.

Some of the panels weren't cut to the…
Some of the panels weren't cut to the desired measured size - one was off by 3/4.'' The special end cap pieces are very flimsy, break easily, and were not lathed uniform. When you would try to line it up with the top cap - they weren't flush. The lathing wasn't uniform in each piece - some at a angle, some weren't lathed all the way through, and some of the depths were different.

Matt, we were shocked to get such a painful review, especially after we put so much time into helping you with how to measure and with designing the custom staircase panels. We stand behind all our work and would have replaced anything that was not correct. The top cap special returns are delicate because they are small and intricate and do require some finesse when installing. Give us a call if you need any additional support. Bob
