Placed the order use the design tool. I was contacted to see if I confident with the measurements or needed assistance measuring the project. Received the order within 14 days and found two small filler boards were missing. Contacted Wainscoting America who apologized and sent out the missing boards that day. The stair wainscoting project turned out great thanks to the quality of Wainscoting America. Will definitely recommend Wainscoting America to friends and will use their products in future projects

Every Comment about Deb is True
As I read the web comments, I was suspicious as they were too good, but I am very glad to state that happily it all was true. I was searching for months for wainscoting without any success. I asked all over and no one was able to help me. Luckily I found on Google "Wainscoting America". After my initial call with Deb, I knew this is exactly what I wanted. Because this is done over many phone calls, emails and photos but not in person, Deb was extremely exact to get all the correct dimensions as if something is wrong, it has to be returned. She calculated exactly how much I needed and how to make it so simple for my contractor to install. I was unaware that some of the corners to my walls were not joined at 90 degree angles - Duh. She wanted to know everything. I want to thank her as she skillfully lead the whole project and even provided links to videos. My wainscoted walls are so beautifully done that I cannot block them with my furniture. Thank you DEB.

What a great company
Debbie patiently answered all my questions, gave me great ideas, helped figure out my measurements and made the order process easy. Some panels arrived damaged, but Bob made sure they were replaced within days. The product is very high quality, and the room looks beautiful.

I don't believe 5-stars is enough! Wainscoting America is professional, friendly and responsive to the client's needs. The quotes are clear and to the point....but most of all, the cost of a prefabricated system is so economical and easy to install. My company is a national casino company and have a custom prefabricated system has been a game changer!
