I ordered a 2xl hoodie for my husband…
I ordered a 2xl hoodie for my husband and it's so tight on him so I contacted customer service via email to tell them I wanted to exchange for a bigger size but they won't let me exchange it at all unless the item is defective, or the wrong item sent. Now they want me to buy another hoodie in a bigger size at 50% off. So my option is to give them more money to fix the issue. I don't call this customer service and I regret buying this hoodie that no one I know can wear. Also when they sent me the 50% off deal I tried to call the customer service phone # and it says no longer in service. You people are crooks.

Non-existent Service to change order
I needed to make a change to my order and the email said I had up to 8 hrs to do so. But needed to contact their service team. They do not pick up their phone, nor have they answered any of my emails. So now will fall outside that window, because no one on their side answers. Horrible, misleading service. So please be warned you will not be able to change anything, even following their guidelines.

Extremely Satisfied
After a very bad experience on Etsy ordering a keepsake for our three grandson's football season, I found Unitrophy.com. I ordered with ease and within two weeks, my three canvas prints were delivered by FedEx in two separate shipments. I was nervouse about the second shipment not arriving in time for Christmas and contacted Customer Service. Anna was extremely helpful and professional. Well done! We are so VERY PLEASED with the product and the quality of this product. We have 9 more grandchildren coming up and please know that we will be turning to Unitrophy first and foremost. A great company! I would highly recommend them.

Experience and Quality is Fantastic
Everything about this experience was great! I thought it was so creative to be given the option to choose colors down to the tiniest detail! Really makes it even more personalized. Loved how you can see it while you build it to see how colors work together. Gave you updates along the way with shipping. Final product looked amazing exactly how it looked and the quality with the canvas was outstanding. Very happy how it came out.

I got the larger print and then framed…
I got the larger print and then framed myself and I’m so happy I went with the large print. The paper was thick and great quality. I also loved how you could pick the sport, colors of all the equipment, background of where they play, and out their name on the jersey. My son is going to love it.

Football canvas!! So emotional !
