The result was absolutely spectacular and Adis gets 10 stars for his customer service. after the sale, I had a small problem with the ring and Adis responded with the highest standard. Don't let the low price fool you
This is the best site for beautiful labgrown diamond jewelry. You will not find a lower price on your diamonds anywhere else. Communication was great from purchase through design through shipping. My engagement ring is STUNNING and I cannot wait to wear it!

Customer always wrong policy
An email of mine was missed saying I did not want the custom design they made for me. I asked for the standard version of the ring, was sent the cost total and paid. Because it was custom there are no returns or exchanges allowed and I am stuck with it. Received the ring, it looks awful, and I tried to return it, exchange it, even offered to pay to fix it and was blown off, argued with, and ignored. They confirmed they received my email saying I didn't want the custom order, but are saying since I paid I obviously knew what I was getting. Adi hardly let me speak, constantly interrupting anything I was trying to say after 3-4 words. Customer service blatantly ignored me. It doesn't even say custom on the receipt. Again, I offered to exchange or pay more to make it right but they just argued they didn't do anything wrong and was told I was the idiot for not double checking before I paid. Well, they aren't wrong, I should have double checked and not put my trust in them.

Hello Robert, We want to address your concerns and clarify some important details regarding your interaction. Your first purchase with us was made on April 15th with your original order, an 18K Yellow Gold Laara Solitaire Ring with an Oval Cut Lab-Grown Diamond | 2.5 Carat | G COLOR | VVS2 CLARITY | IGI CERTIFIED 575381331. Following your initial order, you let us know that you had made a mistake on the order and the setting needed to be changed to one with diamonds on the side. We exchanged multiple emails where you sent us different settings that your girlfriend liked. Then, we had a phone call on April 21st and you specifically asked us to customize a setting for you. In an email on April 21st, you repeated this request. In response to your email, we sent you a link to our free customization tool, which can be found here: https://theartofjewels.com/static.php?page=customization_tool You completed the customization process, and on April 22nd, 2023, you sent us a message stating that the plan was to propose soon and inquired whether there would be enough time for the customized work. During this exchange, we informed you that we believed the customization could be completed in time but would provide you with a definitive answer. Then, you expressed your willingness to delay the proposal to ensure the ring would be exactly what you envisioned. So, we sent you a payment link that reflected the increased cost of around $600 for the customization, which you promptly paid. It is important to note that any changes made through our Customization Tool are considered obvious customizations. With your approval, the payment reflecting the increased cost for customization, and our internal notes, it is evident that the setting you ordered is a customized one. You also mentioned in your review that the ring looked awful. We shipped you the completed ring on May 9th via FedEx. You received it on May 11th. If the ring was “ Awful”, or even if it wasn't the customized design you approved, you could have called us immediately. However, instead of returning it or calling us immediately, since you wanted it to be perfect, you kept the ring for four days (4) and proposed to your girlfriend. We received your email on May 15th requesting an RMA and a refund. During our conversation, you mentioned that regrettably, the proposal didn't go as planned, and your girlfriend declined your offer, so it wasn't a rejection of the ring. While we sympathize with the situation, it is unfair to blame it on us. We explained to you via our last phone conversation that we can issue a refund for the diamond but not for the customized setting. This is a refund that we are still willing to do. Additionally, as you had relayed before this situation, you were pleased throughout the process. We have many emails from you where you thank us for our process and attention. So, how did we ignore you? We have so many emails back and forth with you, including many phone calls. On May 22nd, we sent you an email suggesting a scheduled phone call on Tuesday, May 23rd, to discuss the situation and explore alternative options. This is in conjunction with a conversation over the phone, stating our commitment to finding a suitable resolution. Unfortunately, we have not received a response from you as of yet. While we cannot refund the customized setting, we are open to discussing alternatives, such as a refund for the diamond or exploring different ring options that may better suit your current situation. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. We value your satisfaction as our customer and look forward to resolving this matter.
