Not shipped after a month of purchase
Bought a skirts, not shipped after a month. And I wrote an email asking for full refund, and they immediately shipped one of them and refund the other. They replied and said I can return the skirt they sent of if I don’t need it any more but I have to over the expense. Shipped from China but I need to return it to America from Aus. Ridiculous. Never buy again, not recommended.

Regarding the shipping issue you mentioned, your order was split for shipment and the first package was sent out on Jan 2 and you wrote to them on Jan 8 asking for a full refund. Customer service staff can only tell you that the first package has been shipped so they can't refund the full amount for you. But they helped you cancel the unshipped item and then tell you return the first package if you don't need it upon receipt. The package was sent out before you requested a refund, not immediately after you requested a cancellation as you may think. Because customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, we have set up a U.S. warehouse to facilitate returns and save customers money on shipping costs. If you have other requests for your order, you can give your thoughts back to customer service and we are sure they will continue to process it for you at the first opportunity. Best regards. The worst
Fabric is cheap, customer service is terrible, return fee is your responsibility. The worst! Never ever again!

Packages didn't arrive and somehow it is my fault
Bought some items back in November. Packages are sent in 3 waves. 1 package arrive after more than one month. 2 packages never arrived. 1 of the 2 package never arrived seemed to be delivered to different city by the shipping company. The other one is returned to sender. Once contacted, they promised they will check but never get back to me. Once followed up, they asked me to contact the shipping provider to locate the products and ask for the certificate of loss. Sellers should be responsible to locate the packages not customers. We don't get paid for this. In the conversation chain, the CS insisted that the package is sent but could not provide a receipt. Of course they can't because it's not sent to me! But they have the audacity to blame me for my error. How is it my error when one package is sent, 2 others are not? CS are snarky and make us 'work' for them lol. They should be the one that locate the whereabout of my stuff that is paid. I mean if it is a shein's 5 dollar dress I can understand. But as a brand who claim to provide quality products, the CS team also need some improvement. So, 0 star for this but of course if you want to try your luck getting your refund, go ahead and try.

Total incompetence & inefficience of a company &…
Total incompetence for a company & hopeless products!! They refused to give me a refund after sending a product which looked NOTHING like the product advertised! I supplied the invoice, receipt & order number together with tags attached & they still refused a refund so basically kept the $500 coat & resold it to somebody else! Total sham of a company!😡😡😡 This company is SO incredibly incompetent that their warehouse cannot match an invoice number or receipt number in order to refund an item. Absolute joke to say they haven't proof that i returned the item when it was returned with all the appropiate documents all except for a tiny piece of paper from the post office with a tracking number. Their ineptitude and woeful inadequacy has made me write these reviews so nobody else has to lose hundreds of dollars due to this deficient company! Take heed!!

Dear Sue, As we explained to you previously, because you were unable to provide customer service with the return tracking number they repeatedly highlighted, they were unable to process your refund. In addition, you were unable to provide any proof that you returned the product. The invoice and receipt numbers you provided to customer service are information related to the order you placed, not the package you sent back. They do not help you get a refund. You also initiated a dispute with the bank but the bank ruled in our favor. So the fact is that you failed to provide valid information to get a refund, not that we refused to process it for you. Silk Maison should not be trusted
Silk Maison should not be trusted. They are a China based scam company. They claim to be selling SILK pajamas, yet, when the 1 pair (of 3 ordered) arrived after a 4 week wait, they were POLYESTER. When I requested a refund for the 2 pairs that never arrived they deducted shipping costs, fee's etc. from the refund, for something they caused. The final scam, they promised a $156.00 refund and a day later informed me the refund would be $134. Not okay. I am disputing this change. I paid over $150 for one pair of POLYESTER pajamas that were misrepresented as SILK and sold by a company with sketchy business practices. Buyer beware.

They sold me a sold out item
I bought a blazer and after a month of waiting the order was still processing. I got no update, so I emailed them and they told me it was out of stock. A MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT THE ITEM. Never buying again how does something like this even happen. I asked to be refunded for the whole order. Will update when I get a response.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY
FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I placed an order for two items - a camisole and a dress, but ended up only receiving the camisole. They refused to acknowledge the missing item and refused to refund me. The camisole that came was also NOT SILK. It was some cheap material.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company, I got scammed. It all started when I found out the company is actually located in China and not in the US. I received my dress 2 months after I placed my order, while they promised that I will receive it within 2 weeks. When I finally received my package, I thought it ordered something from Shein. Did not look like a 160 dollar dress at all, more like a 5 dollar dress. Normally they answered my mails pretty quick, within 24 hours, but this stopped since they have received my returned item. I have asked several times when I will receive my refund but havent heard anything from this company. They received my package in January, but it seems like I will never get my money back. Please do not order here.

Absolute scam company-DO NOT BUY
Absolute scam company. Took over a month to receive my order, and the jacket was cheap and way too small. I never got my refund even though I followed all of their rules (sent it back with tags on time, paid for the shipping myself, sent them all my tracking info, confirmed with USPS and silk maison that it was received). I waited 2 months for a refund that never came, despite them promising me it was coming, and ended up having to file a dispute with Chase Bank. Thank god for fraud protection!

Has anyone successfully received a refund?????? I ordered my coat in October, didn’t get it until early January. The quality was not what I expected paying 250+ dollars, so I asked for directions to ship it back and receive a refund. It never came with a package receipt. They told me that I needed to pay for the shipment back. They had me ship it to a sketchy warehouse in California and provided me with a phone number that was not in service. After receiving confirmation that my package was received, I sent that proof to their “support” email to which they have repeatedly responded “our stripe account is frozen and should be fixed by end of march”. Now it is April and I’m getting the same answer….

Worst company ever - SCAMMERS
Worst company ever. Scammers. They will never fully refund you. They will deflect and try to push the blame on lost parcels even when no one’s signed it off. They said to wait 7-14 days for the rest of my refund and now they have denied it again. Straight up SCAMMERS. Never order from them. NEVER.

This company is a complete scam
If there was an option to give zero stars I would as this company is fraudulent. I placed a large order to try multiple dresses for an event in January. I received the dresses extremely late, way after the event I needed one for. When I emailed asking the whereabouts I got an automatic reply that they were on holiday and no one was working. When I got some of the items they could not have been worse quality and completely unwearable. I had to pay for return shipping, the items were confirmed delivered back to the address they provided, and I STILL have not received a large refund from items returned in February. On top of that, I asked them to cancel all remaining items that had not yet shipped out, they ignored my request and I got them in MAY! Again, this was not a small order and I'm out hundreds of dollars. I will do everything in my power to ensure this company is put out for scamming people if I do not receive a full refund.

SHAME AND WASTE
Same as many already mentioned. BAD PRODUCT> Product arrived very late and there was very poor communication as to my orders status. The items arrived not in boxes as specified but ziplock bags. The items were supposed to be the same size but different colors. One was much much smaller that the other. No shipping or return information included. So very disappointing. I will need to donate the extremely small item. I will never order again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY> Item ships directly from china.

This company is a complete scam! Please do not order from there. Item arrived months late directly from China , after several inquiry emails, it was garbage! Looked completely different than coat on the website. Return has been taking months. They kept telling me they have issues with processing. I finally involved my credit card company. Please don’t order from them.

NOT SILK Their fabric is cheap polyester. I didn't have problems with getting my order on time/getting someone to reply to my email. However, they keep claiming their products are graded and 100% silk but then after emailing them back and forth several times, they still haven't shown me who graded them and what certificates they have. Definitely don't trust them. Wondering if I could somehow file a lawsuit against them (since they also lie about other things that they provide for their customers), but that would prove difficult because they are a Chinese company.

Poor customer services, refund took ages
Firstly, speed of shipment: ordered 21 Apr, took 4 business days to ship items, received 10 May to Australia. Secondly, the quality is poor, the silk is very thin, not worth the money. Products are made in China but most of the best silk is from China so it’s not the reason for poor quality. Thirdly, very poor customer services once there was issue. I ordered a sleepwear set of slip and robe. Only the robe was sent and they asked me to keep the robe at discount (yes! No slip! You can’t wear the robe on its own!) and I requested a refund. I was asked to ship the item back to the US (of which Silkmaison covered the costs eventually), item was returned to them on 20 May and I only got notification of refund on 8 Jun after many follow up’s - so they don’t refund unless you chase them. All in all, not worth the hassle, there are many other better places to buy silks.
