I ordered a coat on Friday and received it Fedex on Wednesday. The coat looks of very good quality but as a small woman ordering a size small I was surprised to receive a coat going almost to the floor! The neckline was odd as well. A very pretty coat but very heavy!!! I am keeping it. The package came from China, but coat does not have a label saying made in China. I thInk I should have ordered XS. I am 5’3” and 125 lbs.

Incorrect tracking number
Since this seems to bethe only place where we can get an answer from you, im going to answer you here. You claim that customer service was too busy .. immediately after placing my order i asked to cancel it .. it took you 2 days to ask if i want to proceed and I replied IMMEDIATELY after 1 min that yes cancel it and it took you another 2 days to say sorry it has been shipped .. anyways you shipped the item , fine .. but the tracking number that you provided me with does not even exist!! Item not found.. incorrect tracking number?!! How am i supposed to track my coat .. at this point im pretty sure im not gonna receive anything and will leave it with the fraud department in my bank .. at least provide a tracking number that exists! You tell me to refuse the shipment (given i actually receive it) but you already charged me the amount..

I placed an order to the sum of US 238 on 31st Nov. I have received no acknowledgement / order number or receipt. I have written to customer services twice - emails are ignored. There is no contact number on the site. Whilst the web site looks great and the products follow suit - they customer service is diabolical and the fact that I have received no order number or receipt is suspicious. I will give them a few more days I will then be instructing PayPal to get my money back. Advise using paypal to purchase goods - do not part with banking details

Order on November 18th not yet received
I placed an order on November 18th, the expedition was to take place between 7 and 14 days, that is, at the latest today. After two emails asking for the day of shipment, I learned that my coat has yet to be produced. Yesterday I learned that the coat will arrive in Germany in 5-8 days, but I am in Italy. I'll never have my coat, not even for Christmas.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and NOT deliver the product. and they have NO communication lines. The phone number takes you straight to voicemail which is ALWAYS full and NO ONE responds to your emails. Trust me AVOID at all costs!!

I wish I could give this no stars
I wish I could give this no stars. This company is great in taking your money but not great in customer service. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received my item, they promised me it will be shipped the next day and yet nothing. I am still waiting for them to reply to me after two days. I emailed them to cancel my order as I will have to contact my bank so I can cancel that transaction. Do not shop here. Ever.

Gorgeous dress and company is legit
I ordered the Pink Palms dress from their site 8 days ago and actually received it today, a day earlier than expected! I was really worried reading some of these reviews but I had a great experience with this company. It’s not the finest quality silk product I’ve ever felt, but it’s very soft and nice and the color is gorgeous. I think a lot of people see that it’s shipping from China and get freaked out, but it’s a direct to consumer brand- if they were shipping all their retail to their parent company in NYC it would probably be more expensive on our end, so I can’t complain. My only qualm is that the sizing is a little hard to guess on and I’m gonna have to get the waist taken in.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed I ordered a red long dress from the website, but they send me a wired silver-coloured top. I am trying to get a refund but they do not reply to emails. Now I'm crying on my bed because I have no dress for the ball. So glad to hear your reply, my order no. is #67993. UPDATE ON 31 DEC I have not received any refund and it has been a month since they received my returned goods. They said they will refund me after "our warehouse receive the goods," but it only took two weeks for them to ship the dress from their warehouse to my address. Overall, the customer service is slow and the whole return and refund process is tiring and upset.

No Customer Service. I placed an order on November 28th. Realized the order may take longer to process and I am headed out of the country, so emailed the company at their support line to ask to change my shipping address, but no one responded. Found these reviews while looking for a phone number and would now prefer a refund. By the way, there is no customer service number, which is unsettling. Really unfortunate because the products look amazing. UPDATE: Order #70176 Can you please reply to my customer service email, so that we can correspond that way? You do direct customers there, but no one responds.

FALSE ADVERTISING by Silk Maison
False advertising and bait and switch by Silk Maison. What a miserable experience! I ordered 2 bralettes sized large. I'm a US medium with 36C bust. Their size chart measures large as having a bra band length of 34-39 inches (86-100 cm.) Based on this I placed my order as I'm well within this range. Turns out the actual band size is 27-32 inches (69-81 cm) - not even within listed measurements. And the 32 inches is at maximum stretch. Also the cup sizes are barely a B cup. In what world is that a large? The rub of course is that you don't find this out until the bras arrive - after it's too late because they're non returnable. I wouldn't have ordered these bras if I had known the true dimensions. Even after reaching out to them with this information they refused to accept them back even though I obviously haven't worn them. Now I have to try to sell the bras on my own and I don't have the enjoyment of wearing them - huge bummer. Silk Maison seems to be confused over US sizing. Why sell on the US market with inaccurate sizing posted on your website? Who runs a business this way? In my view Silk Maison lacks integrity. Plus their customer service is non existent. One star for the packaging only.

WROST online shopping experience ever !!!! I ordered a coat on November 11th and I had have to email them all the time to get a confirmation of my order. And I waited for two weeks , the time I was supposed to get my order delivered to me , BUT I didn’t get it . I emailed them again, they said my order hasn’t shipped yet. I was so frustrated coz it says 7-14 days for delivery on their website. By the time I supposed to get it , they have not shipped it to me ! And they emailed me to say that my order will be shipped in early December. So disappointing! I emailed them again to say that I need to know when exactly I will get my order shipped, and this time they said the MIDDLE of December !!!!!!!!!!! This is so Ridiculous!! So it means my order will take more than ONE MONTH to get shipped to me !!!! Plus the delivery time , I will never get my order !!!!!!!! So disappointing and frustrating!!!!
