Absolutely terrible customer service! I ordered three dressed and received one of them today tbe other two dresses are missing and yet the order says complete. I reached out on Instagram and via email with no return email. I need my items to be delivered via expedited since it is your fault !!

CANCEL & issue a FULL REFUND on no.78410
I want to CANCEL & get a FULL REFUND on my order no.78410. The seller doesn't answer to any emails, nor to the online chat on their website, nor to their IG DM's. Very bad experience with the seller. EDIT - the seller only replied after posting the review here, all previous emails and messages were ignored. And now they sent yesterday from the warehouse the order. After I specifically said I don’t want it anymore. Be aware that this is the only platform the seller cares and will answer you.

Major disappointment
Items have to be shipped for return within 14 days of receiving them (on the website). However, the delivery address isn’t available on their website, because a select few would find it useful right??? You have to send an email to customer service and they take DAYS to reply, reducing the number of days you can ship your items on time. Also, there’s more conditions for it to be refundable, (also on their website) which makes it even more difficult. Now I’m stuck with a cheap looking creasing coat (it costs $299 on their website) that I have to get tailored to make it look okay. This website is not worth it. Also wrote a review on the coat on their website but of course they didn’t publish it so it looks like everything is all good and positive in the comment review section which is misleading if the bad reviews are omitted for marketing.

Ok so I finally got my coat
Ok so I finally got my coat after 1 month lolll but I’m in love with it! Was really worried at first because of all the bad reviews but let me tell you this site is NOT a scam. Ordered my coat in Nov and waited for about 2 weeks.. didn’t receive anything so I emailed them and they responded within 1-2 days… said it had to be personally made… so waited a bit more and it was over a month.. but I finally got their email that my coat was shipped.. arrived within 10days.. and this is during December holiday season.. so not bad :) and I’m very satisfied with my white coat! It’s beautiful

Sizing is way off
Sizing is way off. I ordered a size Large nightgown that arrived and was so small it fit my size 0 daughter with no room to spare. After sending photos to the company, clearly showing how wrong their sizing is, they responded that there was no problem.

Terrible costumer service
Terrible costumer service! My husband bought me a dress and I couldn’t try it on for two weeks because it was my Christmas present, even though it was size 0 is pretty big and when we contacted Silk Maison they said they wouldn’t work with us for an exchange because “it had been exactly 15 days”, even if the dress was still in the box, with the tag and had never been worn. Expensive brand for horrible costumer service. Don’t order their stuff for Christmas or birthdays! Or as any kind of gift, sizes are inaccurate and their costumer service is no good. So disappointing.

I was ready to write a 1-star negative…
I was ready to write a 1-star negative review because it has been so long since I ordered the coat (11/26) and no update was given so I contacted their customer service dept. They did take a couple days to get back to me regard my order but they explained they were simply overwhelm on the holiday orders and having some delays since the clothes are all made to order. However, Silk Maison told me my item will be ready within 2-3 weeks. They're right - my coat shipped out within that time frame and it arrived faster than I expected, took only about a week to get to me (FYI, I'm in Texas, US). As far as for the quality and sizing, it exceed my expectations particularly for the pricing. USD$136 for a nice double sided coat that's made out of 80% wool? Sign me up! Overall, I'm glad that I waited and happy with my purchase but would recommended hire more customer service reps so issues can be addressed in a timely manner.

Warning
Warning! Scam! This is a fraudulent company. My “coat” if you can call it that arrived today. Not as pictured sleeves are super short and the belt is in the inside of the coat, rather than the outside. Super cheaply made, I will have to throw it away. It is not wearable. No return info, so I am now out $200.

Untrue Sizing + Poor Customer Service
I purchased a coat in L after basing myself off of the sizing guide on Silk Maison's website. The item is more like an XXXL. It is extremely disappointing. Given that I was away on vacation and dealing with health issues abroad, I did not receive my package until January 3rd. This means that I am 1 week outside the 14 day return policy window. I have yet to receive a response from customer service such that they may process my refund! Highly frustrating series of events.

After reading all the reviews I really didn’t expect anything! HOWEVER (to my own surprise) I actually did receive my order yesterday (8th January), that I ordered back in mid-December.
