I don't know if this place is legit
I don't know if this place is legit. I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and have received zero shipping updates. I have emailed them twice and messaged them on Instagram to no response. Bad customer service. If I don't hear from them soon I will have to file a case.

Horrible company
Horrible company, do not get scammed!!! First, they took over a month to send me my order (never sent, as promised, any shipping email saying when it would arrive). Then the items were ridiculously small, not made for adult women. I’m a typical size 2-4 and the small shorts were like wiggling into an uncomfortble girdle. I would have rolled with all of that, and simply returned them, but they WON’T LET YOU!!!?! After at least five emails from me asking for return address (as directed on website) they only respond that they will “review” whether they’ll permit my return or not—then they don’t follow up on that. Just what is there to review anyway? Shoddy products, unprofessional timing plus unethical run-around equal a horrible company. Who has time or money for that? Be warned, spend your money elsewhere.

Complete fraud - DO NOT ORDER
Complete fraud. I ordered the "silk" pajamas, and it's clear to me they are satin and not silk. The website does a good job of hiding that this is Chinese company. I placed my order and received no email or shipping confirmation (yet continued to receive promo emails from the company). When I complained to customer service they sent me a tracking link for a website called "track dog," but the link was broken. After following up a second time, I received a live tracking link that showed my pajamas being shipped from China. They arrived over a month later, and I discovered that I was scammed into paying over $100 for satin pajamas. The tag claims they are 100% silk but it's very clear this is a lie. Save your money. Don't fall for this site.

This is a sketchy company
This is a sketchy company. I contacted the customer service about having the shipment by a certain date. They responded so promptly and processed the order. However, they trick you into thinking that the items are coming back from the US by posting a US address on contact us section. The package is coming from China, so I decided to cancel in case I needed to return it because I dont want to risk having my items returned for a fee back to China. I sent customer service many emails, but they stopped replying to my order cancellation request and decided to ship the package. Btw, the US phone number on their website is not even in service so this is a scam. I want my money back and dont want to pay for the return.

I recently received my bra and briefs…
I recently received my bra and briefs from this Chinese brand. The bra is nice and fits well. The cut of the briefs is not flattering as the back pattern is very (grandma) big and the pouch is too small. Working in fashion myself I feel that they need to study pattern making for their lingerie pieces. My brief had on 1 side a weird stitched pleat on the back coming out of nowhere. There is also no care label nor country of origin. Packaging is nice and washing instructions are on a separate paper.

I do think its a scam
I do think its a scam. They do ship from china And do a great job trying to hide it. The dress i got looks nothing like the dress i ordered And is not made of silk. i am afraid to send it back because the adress They told me to send it to france, didnt want to give me name And surname of the person who would be picking up the package, or a phone number to such person. They told me the name was pedro And gave me a false phone number. I do not recommend.

Tracking info is completely bogus
Tracking info is completely bogus. It told me it left China yesterday and landed in Anchorage Alaska - and today it's back in China? How is that possible? Tried calling their number and the inbox is full. No response from email customer service. I want my money back.

Very frustrating experience
I bought a nightgown from this company according to the size chart. It was huge. I usually wear a small and ordered a large because of the size chart. I had asked them which size they thought would fit me with my measurements but they would not give any recommendation. So I paid for it to be shipped back and asked for an exchange. They claimed I would have to wait on the exchange and that it was out of stock in my size. However, their website says it is in stock. I asked if I could exchange it for a different item. I could always pay the difference. They said no. I think they did not want to pay for shipping so that they could charge me $18 again to ship another to me. Most companies are not so difficult and treat their customers better. They wanted to just give me store credit and force me to register for an account to get the credit. After I insisted, they finally refunded me properly. Their policies are pretty frustrating. If you look on the website, you will see that they want to nickel and dime you. It doesn't make me want to repeat the experience. I've wasted $30+ just on shipping for one order. Their size charts are inaccurate and they want you to pay again for shipping if something does not fit. I didn't mind shipping it back myself but it is irregular that they refuse an exchange so they can get out of shipping costs. I would not recommend it. Lilysilk will not charge you again for an exchange and your first return is free. There are similar companies for silk with better policies. Lilysilk has the same quality and has more transparency about the silk for each item. I admit this company has cute styles though.

STAY AWAY!!!
I would strongly advise NOT doing business with this company, as this is the single worst customer experience I have ever had. This is the second review I’ve ever written and the only negative one, but I feel it’s important to warn others about how truly terrible this buying experience was. The company is unprofessional and essentially stole my money (and wasted a LOT of my time). They honestly may be criminals, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this isn’t even a clothing company at all. Details below, but to emphasize: STAY AWAY!!! I purchased a slip dress on this website and decided it didn’t suit me. Per the company policy, I reached out to the “support” email address to authorize a return but didn’t hear back for several days. I ultimately had to send a second email before getting a reply. The return instructions requested putting a note in the package with the sender's name and order number and separately requested the return tracking number, yet did not emphasize how critical this last step actually was ((later I would find that without sending the tracking number upfront, I would never be refunded and thus, not only lost the money for the cost of the dress but also the additional cost for the return shipping.)) Several weeks after shipping my return, I still had not heard from the company, so I again reached out to the “support” email address to check on the status. At this point, I provided the tracking number, which confirmed that my return had been delivered 18 days prior. Again, I did not receive a response and again, I had to send a follow up email, after which I received the following: "Now the logistics shows a signed receipt but our warehouse staff has not yet checked, please wait a little longer." After waiting another week with no update, I AGAIN reached out, at which point I was told that because I didn’t send the tracking number upfront, they could not process my return. More specifically, "We're sorry to say our warehouse hasn't received your return yet, it may take you a few more days to wait. It may be because the warehouse has not yet been able to check your package or it may be that the return tracking number was not provided to the warehouse in time to cause a problem with the package," and later "the feedback we have received from the warehouse is that we have not received your return yet. Because there are too many goods in the warehouse recently, we may not be able to process your return." After over a month of this, I am still being asked to wait while at the same time being told that the company "may not be able to process your return."

Maybe Silkmaison should be more clear…
Maybe Silkmaison should be more clear that they make their garments in China and ship from China. The web-store looks like it's based in the US. Lot's of people freak out when they see the tracking information "your item departed China". But after all silk was invented in China and most fashion is now produced there anyway. The item I ordered arrive very quickly, the support responded to my question instanteneously. The item fits well and is neatly made, the fabric feels very nice.

This is a real review, not paid. Received order late. And in teo separate shipments. That was the only negative. Packaging is super nice, products are exactly as pictured on the website. Good quality, lovely design. Will definitely reorder. If you need this for a special occasion order well in advance (a month). Otherwise really no complaints. They could work on their response time but again, I do not mind because I love the products!

Shipping Lies - Material subpar
UPDATE: they SM contacted me and refunded the duties I paid. CLOTHING: go to a store and try things on. The bras sit weird. I bought 3 of the same kind and sizes and some are tighter than others. the cups look wrong, not as cute as what it looked like on the computer. The pants don't fit at all. It's just all so disappointing. SHIPPING LIES - the Website states "If you are ordering to European Union countries, you will need to pay VAT import taxes and duties based on local laws and restrictions. For other regions, taxes and duties are on us. These will NOT be shown as part of the final price at checkout. We will NOT be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges." I am in Canada, which is not a country in the European Union. $41.64 DUTY was charged. THEY LIED.
