Not much to say.. paid too much and received far too little far too late. Playing your success off as the reason you can’t deliver your product is messy mouthed BS!

I am so very disappointed
I am so very disappointed, we’ve ordered products for a while we absolutely love the vanilla MCT powder and so looked forward to our morning coffee which kept us full untill the afternoon. Our last powder had absolutely no taste in fact it tasted a little rancid I called the company they were very nice and they told me they used a new warehouse and it was a problem so eventually (it’s been a week so far) they’re going to send me a shipping label to send it back so I ordered six more taking advantage of the sale, we loved the original MCT and I was just informed the next six will also be bad. It concerns me that they know this is a mistaken product and they keep shipping it out, I feel very very sorry for people who have never tried the product because originally it was wonderful so this last shipment has me dissatisfied.

Our records show that we sent out a prepaid label via e-mail. We reduced the amount of stevia due to consumer complaints. In return, we have now added the appropriate amount of stevia in the product. It took 12 days to get my order. I received orders from other companies before this. When I feel I need to contact someone, that's too long. I received an email wanting to know about my experience with your company before I even received my order.

I submitted an email to advise I didn't see where the discount was applied to my order. I received a separate email alerting that the order had not processed and waiting to be checked our. Then I get an email asking me to rate your service, when I've not received any information for tracking my order or date of arrival. This made me leary about this process, but asking to be rated and thanked for my order reassured me that my account was safely processed. Still, no response to my discount. No. This company does not do things well, I am sorry to say. The products are usually late, I usually have to ask about it more than once, for the price, that is charged for shipping they should get the product to you on time

Put an order in and it didn’t come
Put an order in and it didn’t come. Called and found that some of the order was available and some of it was on back order. Would prefer that you don’t sell items that are not available for shipping. now I have paid for product that is not available. Would not have ordered it. Had I known you didn’t have it. I have ordered on other sites and if it’s not available, they don’t allow you to purchase it until it’s back in stock.

delays
2 nd time in 6 months that my order has not shipped due to backorder of some items I ordered. My Credit card is charged for items that have not shipped. Auto-ship is 18th of month and isn't shipped until the 24th of month. Unacceptable.
