Still awaiting replacement items
I paid for a return label that was not in my package. I had to pay for my own return label. I never received confirmation that my returned package was received. I asked for a different size when I returned my socks but have not received the replacement socks. When I contacted customer support they have not responded in any way.

Hi Alea! The shipping label is not physically included inside the package. Once you complete the return process through Redo you will be able to download the shipping label, or you can show the QR code to the post office for them to print. Your new items have been shipped. Extremely Disappointed in PRO Compression Socks
The one great thing about these are the fun colors, but that's it. These are the most uncomfortable socks I have ever put on. I wear compression socks all the time, and have for 14 years, so I'm no stranger to them. For PRO Compression, I measured carefully and followed the recommended sizing. Did no good. They pinch the tops of my legs terribly. The soles are not cushioned at all, at least not by my standards. Nearly impossible to get on and off. I have 3 unusable pairs. I hope to find someone who can actually use them. Total waste of money for me.

PRO Compression socks are too thin, slippery, and cannot go in the drier.
PRO Compression socks are too thin, leaving too much room in the shoe. Combined with the slippery material, they made for a very unpleasant run. THEN come to find out the socks cannot go into the dryer. They ended up shrinking quite a bit. I acknowledge that I should have looked at the care instructions first, but this degree of shrinkage warrants a MUCH more conspicuous warning.

Very disappointed!
I purchased Recovery socks for my husband and myself. We ordered according to our measurements and the size chart. They are SO tight for both of us! They leave a red ring on my legs where the top of the sock ends. $90 wasted. Update: I was just informed that exchanges/refunds are in store credit, so no money refunded to my card. ANOTHER reason to be even MORE disappointed! PLUS they only deal with email, so NO phone number or opportunity to talk to customer support! I wish I could give a -star!

Those are a higher compression of 25-35 mmHg, so socks with a lesser compression may be the solution as they won't be as tight. Excellent return process but socks too narrow in calf
Pro Compression has a speedy return process. I had ordered a S/M knee high sock, based on the site’s sizing chart. I wear an 7 1/2 - 8 shoe and have a 13 1/2 inch width calf. The S/M socks fit fine sock-wise but were so narrow in the calf and painful to wear. Consequently, I sent the socks back requesting the same style in L/XL. These arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the foot in the L/XL sock is enormous, the length too long, and the calf width still much too narrow for me. I wear other brands of compression socks in both the S/M and L/XL sizes with no problems in the calf width. I had been so excited to see that these socks are recommended for nurses with long shifts, but I am very disappointed that they are so narrow in the calf and not a fit for me.

A hole in the heels…
I ordered several pairs of lifestyle and knee high compression socks. I received them quickly and they are so cute. However, I wore one pair for a few hours, mostly in a car ride, and when I took them off, the heels on both socks had gaping holes!

Inconsistencies in recent order that I have not experienced in past orders
I have purchased several pairs of socks in the past and wear them to work every day. There were some inconsistencies in this past order that I experienced for the first time. I purchased all the same size as I have in the past, S/M Marathon socks. My new rainbow tie dye pair was WAY too long, both in the foot and the calf. If I pull them up all the way, they end up in the bend of my knee which is obviously uncomfortable. If I pull them down to just above my calf (where all of my previous pairs have sit) it bunches up on my calf causing very tight sections. My new Blue Vertex pair, on the other hand, were much shorter than all the pairs I have purchased of the same size in thr past. The top of the sock sits just below the top of my calf and is way too tight. I have purchased this exact style, size, and color before- they fit me perfectly and I wore them for 3 or so years until I wore holes in the heels. My new Florida Skies pair is the only pair from this order that fits perfectly as expected. In summary, I purchased 3 pairs of socks, all Marathon S/M, and each pair fit differently. I have worn these same PRO Compression socks for 5 years, but am now leery and looking at other brands to purchase in the future due to the incredible inconsistencies with my past order. Overall, I am very disappointed.
