I placed my order in June and it's July now and I have yet to receive my order. I got a message from your Company stating it was sent back to them, because of wrong address. I sent my new address and I haven't heard anything yet but you have my money.

Its always said, You get what you pay for. With this in mind. You are getting a really cheap pair of compression socks that are dramatically less quality than other I have owned. The size chart is a little suspect so be very careful with the choice you make. There is a $5 restocking fee on returns!? I think that's done because it is ridiculous sending back a $20 pair of socks just to lose on more shipping and a restocking fee. I suggest you take your money elsewhere.

Don't buy no returns
I ordered the socks because a coworker liked them. They were to small I emailed them for a return. As per their instructions on the web site. I have received no response& it has been 16 days since my email. Yet they email w daily adds.

I asked how to return and you send a video. I tried to get them on per your video and made my leg bleed. Asked how to return again and got no response. Don’t buy these if your feet are swelled up, not even the wide calf.

Better companies for compression socks
I ordered the socks after a presentation on GMA. My fault that I didn’t investigate before ordering as I usually do. It didn’t say what compression they were and it never occurred to me they were doing 20-30. I use 15-20. I had to email them to find out the compression. It was within 2 hours of ordering and they said they couldn’t cancel. Oh please. Now I have to pay to ship them back and a $5 restocking fee. Also their socks are 93% nylon. Believe me you don’t want to wear nylon in NC in the summer time. Better ones are Bombas. 68% cotton. Comfortable and tells you on the site and on the bottom of the sock the compression. Also every pair of Bombas socks bought gets one donated to those in need. Great customer service too. Also in looking at the socks I got size L/XL there would be no way I could get those on. I wear women’s size 11 shoe. I compared them to my other compression socks in L/XL and they are small. Pro compression thinks this review is for another company. I ordered and got socks from pro compression. Just because I mentioned another company in my review does not mean I don’t know what socks and what company I ordered them from. If I had done my homework and read through the reviews on this site and on Amazon I never would have ordered them. I sent them back and the post office said they would get there on Friday the 20th of May. I resent having to pay over $16 for a flat rate box and the $5 restocking fee. If my refund is not forth coming I will take it up with PayPal

Grossly too small
I wear a size 12 shoe and in compression or low rise socks order size 14 when I can order by size. These were advertised as the largest size available, L/XL. They were grossly too small - could not get them past my toes. Gave them to my wife, who wears women's size 5-6 shoe, and they fit fine.

I was to receive Pro Compression for the last three years with my membership. When I called Pro Compression Agents , I didn't get anywhere, a total loss. This is the first year I've received my Compression socks.I've been disappointed in the company the last 2 yrs.

The socks are beautiful
The socks are beautiful. I ordered from their size recommendation and the socks were too small. Now I have 3 pair of socks that I can't wear. If you wear a woman size 10 don't go by the size chart.

The compression sleeves do not work for…
The compression sleeves do not work for me. I have short legs and the compression sleeves cause swelling of my feet and ankles. The knee high socks work better for me.
