Outstanding and quick service
Well... I think Priority Bicycles is a wonderful shop. I like the full selection of accessories and parts that are available to improve my bike riding experience. The only thing that I can recommend is that the descriptions for each part should have more information. The rack that I purchased does not fit my mountain bike... not without significant modifications and additional hardware. Also, no instructions came in the packaging although there was a card which directed me to a website to download or read the instructions online. Not to be old fashioned, but I think both options should have been available.
Anyway, other than that, I plan to be a steady customer of Priority Bicycles
