The bike is great
The bike is great. The headset conks when I break hard or hit a bump. I will tighten it. I love my Gotham plus.

Town and Country; some OTB problems
I've got 250 miles on the Sauce now, on gravel and mellow trails, and I can say it is as advertised: Fun. This is not a steep climber nor a gravel flyer, but it chugs along and handles great. This is my second Priority. I have 2K+ miles on a Classic Plus. With both the Sauce (caliper bracket) and the Classic Plus (hub), there were manufacturing defects out of the box. Priority made it right in both cases, but it took time and legwork to get them fixed. Both bikes are a blast to ride and make a formidable "Town and Country" pairing: the Classic Plus for pavement and commuting, the Sauce for screwing around and just-for-fun rides.

Love the bikes but I recommend sending the front wheels in separate packaging. I bought 2 bikes and both of the front wheels needed to be trued up.

Successful Replacement Tubes
The replacement tubes are working well so far. We are able to ride our bikes again after installing them and discarding the old tubes that broke completely.

600 is pretty good
I bought a 600. Assembly was pretty straight forward with the instruction video on Priority’s website. The bike rides well. It shifts very smooth (pinion gearbox is fantastic) and the belt is super quiet (when it is clean). My gripes: * the front wheel was already slightly out of true from the moment it came out of the box. Maybe slight damage from shipping? I haven’t bothered to fix it yet. * the fenders, especially the front, are difficult to adjust to exactly the right position so that they don’t rattle and rub the tires at the slightest bump. After a lot of trial and error I think I’ve got them dialed in about as good as they can be, but they still rattle and rub on some bumps. The fenders need improvement or maybe the 50mm tires are too wide for them. * the bike as shipped was missing a little c-clip for holding the front brake line to the fork. I asked Priority about it and they shipped me a few (thanks!) * the belt squeaks like crazy when it gets certain types of dust on it. This is my first belt drive bike so I wasn’t sure what to expect besides the quiet, maintenance-free experience that is advertised. I have to periodically clean the belt and then put silicone lube on it to keep it from squeaking. This is better than dealing with a chain IMO, but not as carefree as advertised. * recently one of my pedals has started to squeak. I guess maybe some dust/dirt has worked its way in. I’ll probably have to take the pedal off and clean/grease it. Not a huge deal but a bit annoying. I ride a lot of dirt/gravel trails, but my other bikes have never had this problem with the same treatment and a lot more miles.

My Third Priority Purchase
Your bikes are top quality and customer service is excellent. My recent purchase was an Apollo, which I use as an urban commuter and when my wife and me travel with our bikes. The Gates carbon belt and the sealed hub mean ease of use when on the road and away from home. My only complaint with the Apollo is the brakes, which are subpar. Hydraulic brakes should be stock on this bike. On my previous 600, I had hydraulic brakes. But overall, I always plug your company when encountering folks who are curious about the unique look of your bikes. Hopefully, I steered a few toward you!

The bike is very light and easy on the eye. I’ve made a few adjustments to make it a better fit. Over all a great bike. The break was bent a little in the front but that wasn’t a big deal. It was easy to assemble and it showed up to my home very fast.

I love my new bike
I love my new bike, the Turi. The only issue was that the gearing was too low. My partner contacted Priority and purchased another gear sprocket and belt. Installed it and it's perfect now!

Solid product but still has room for improvement
The product itself is pretty solid and has delivered about 150km of trouble-free riding so far. However, the wheels came untrued and really should have been trued prior to delivery.

Almost perfect for the price
My Priority Classic Plus arrived quickly. Packaging was superb. Assembly was relatively easy. Tuning the brakes to be just right is still a challenge. The handlebars feel like they give a little even though I have torqued it plenty. I don't have large hands, medium perhaps, but the grips feel narrow and small for me. I am not a big person with a large posterior, but the seat could be more cushioned and just a bit wider. The only part of the bike I feel is unacceptable is the kickstand. It is lightweight, but not angled enough to securely hold the bike upright. With a bike cover and the slightest wind, the bike constantly topples over while my other bikes stay upright. If you barely bump the bike it topples over. This design needs to be looked at. Also, the paint on the kickstand is easily scratch off when it rubs against the pedals. Overall, the bike is very nice, but there are a few niggly issues that can be addressed to make it perfect.

A Turi for the Berkshires of Western MA
This is a quality bike: well designed, well constructed, well chosen materials. The CVT and belt drive are super. A nice assortment of available accessories. But there are a few bothersome items: tires slowly leak, the seat could be a lot more comfortable and there could be lower gearing for the hills where I ride. Customer support responds quickly but provides vague answers on some questions. Overall, I enjoy this ride and hope to for years.

Turi and accessories
A great company wth great products. I purchased a bunch of accessories, too, like the collapsable helmet and foldy lock. They are all great, the only down side is the Turi really didn't show the specs very well and I thought I was getting an 380 enviolo on the rear hub. It is one with less range of gear inches, maybe 310?

Wheels wobbly …
Wheels arrived off significantly balance. Just like the last one I ordered. Seems like they should true the wheels before shipping. Otherwise I love the bike which is why I bought a second one.

A gorgeous bike - ideal for commuting and leisure
The Turi is a gorgeous bike, perfect for both city commuting and weekend leisure rides. The frame isn’t too heavy or hard to handle and the seat is comfortable. However, the rotor arrived damaged and several places had moderate scratching or missing paint. For the cost of the bike, I would have expected to receive it in better quality.

I love the bike but...
I love the bike, delivery was quick. The bike's set-up was fast and easy with the help of excellent online videos from your website. Three things that stopped me from giving a 5 star review: the paint's finish seems delicate, and the kick stand does not give me confidence in holding the bike (not the right length or at the correct leverage point on the frame), and the use of screw clamps to adjust the seat height instead of twisting adjusters. Otherwise, it's a great bike, shifts smoothly, brakes are awesome. (would like just another gear thought!) I still love the bike!

Great, but delivery partners remain an issue
Delivery partners remain an issue, but overall I love the company. I've now ordered two bikes, one for myself and one for my daughter, and both so far seem to be high quality. I especially love the simplicity of maintenance with the belt drive. The customer service has also been very responsive to our issues. The only thing that prevents 5 stars is that in both cases I paid for delivery and professional assembly. Each of those experiences was pretty bad, with two different vendors. One was a delivery to a local shop and one was a delivery to my home by a mobile bike repair company. I love Priority and they will be the first place I look any time I am shopping for a new bike, however, they have some work to do on finding delivery/assembly partners that match their high level of customer care.
