I have been a customer of PPC for many years
I have been a customer of Performance PC for many years (I water cooled my AMD Athol64 with items purchased from them). Their service has always been timely, Also, they have many of the hard to find parts necessary to mod or, build a water cooled pc.

I like these guys. Great prices. There are other places that might be less expensive but after you figure out shipping costs, these guys are usually less as far as I can tell anyway.

Amazing Service!
Let me start by saying I work in a management position for a very large company that takes pride in it's customer service. I had made a mistake on applying a discount not one, but two of my orders. I was able to call (big plus in my book) and speak to someone almost immediately about my order. They were more than helpful and gave me plenty of options for me to get my order right. I would like to reiterate that it was MY mistake and they really did not have any obligation to fix anything. Not only did they help me, but they made the process quicker and easier than I ever could have imagined it would be. It's rare to find a company that will work with you on things like that, but also have the staff that will do it with a smile, on a Black Friday of all days. All I can say is "wow" and thank you the staff that supported me and to the company for making me feel like my time and money was valuable.

No better place to buy watercooling parts.

Slight Issue, Happy with how it was delt with
Had a issue with amazon pay. They contacted me and when we figgured out what happen one of my items was sold out. Dealt with it right away by finding a almost exact same item and matching the discounted price. Will buy from again

Time after time
Time after time, performance pcs delivers excellent customer service. Any issue I have had, which isn't on their end, they resolve. I have not ever had customer service this great and can not express my level of satisfaction with them. They have a loyal customer for life and I will not shop anywhere else because of how well they have treated me.
