Misled constantly about free shipping
Every time I order something from Performance PC's they say I get free shipping and then they slip the shipping in at the last minute when it clearly states in the cart you qualify. This is not the first time this has happened. Not cool and not this time. I am fed up because this has happened before. Always a different excuse. Try to keep a customer and stop the B.S. I requested a cancellation if I do not get this rectified. This is shady business practice. TitanRig is a direct competitor and do not play such bait and switch tactics with free shipping. FREE SHIPING MEANS FREE SHIPPING!!! ARE YOU LISTENING PERFORMANCE PCs? STOP THE BAIT AND SWITCH. This is a reply to the reply. As a consumer and reseller, we should not have to read fine print and jump through hoops in order to get an offer that is displayed so large that even Stevie Wonder can see it. The banner on your site "Free Shipping" is the size of a "Bulletin Board" and the "fine print" is 2 clicks away. Too many rules and policies that disqualify "Free Shipping". Your company can call it policies and sugar coat it but it is a "Bait and Switch" The main issue is that your website and cart show free shipping up until the last minute and only after the purchase is completed, is the overpriced shipping "slipped" in "after the fact "and added to the purchase. I hope other customers will see this and take notice. Perhaps then change will occur, with regard to the misleading nonsense, and be a bit more clear and straight forward. I would venture a guess that 99% of your sales DO NOT get Free Shipping because of your Bait and Switch "Policies". Update: Performance PCs cancelled my account because I went and wrote this review and exposed their Bait and Switch B.S. Their are other retailers that are offer legit perks to loyal customers. A threat of chargeback is more dancing around the real reason. You did not like my exposing the Free Shipping smoke show. All good. There is no shortage of other retailers. Consider modifying Website to be more transparent with your so called Free Shipping and everyone wins. I took the hit for the team in hopes it will be rectified.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately your orders have not qualified for free shipping because you've used a coupon code or purchased chassis. The free shipping page lists that chassis are not eligible for free shipping, both the policies and free shipping page clearly state that coupon codes and free shipping cannot be staked. We do suggest that customers read the policies before agreeing to them- as all promotions do have terms and conditions. Your account was canceled due to the threat of a charge back, we do not cancel accounts due to reviews.

Do not buy this product It has not been done correctly as the inventor Has told them to do it it is completely full of machine marks if you want A distro plate Buy one from EK water blocks or Bitspower Performance Pc Would not even Fix the problem after I talked to the inventor himself and he told me they were doing it completely wrong They refuse to make it right Everything else made by singularly computers is top notch This is not made by them this is made by performance pc

Killersystems we are once again sorry that you do not approve of the distro you purchased from us, but there is nothing wrong with these distro at all Mill marks are a common thing to see when machining parts unless you frost you pieces after like EKWB. As for the conversation you had with the inventor himself I spoke to him after and he informed me you took that conversation the wrong way and was just informing you are methods are not wrong just different from how he does it. He informed you that where he aims for the clarity of his pieces we aim for precision over clarity in the piece to avoid leaks. He also informed me that he tried to clarify the conversation he had with you to help you understand our methods are not wrong and there was nothing wrong with the distro you received but said you refused to believe him. Once again we are sorry that it is not up to your standards but there is nothing wrong with the distro you purchased.

While I did get an order confirmation…
While I did get an order confirmation the day that I ordered, I never got a confirmation of shipment with the tracking number. This request for review is the only other correspondence that I have had. As of receipt of this request, I have not yet received the product. As requested in you email, this is a review of the service that I received from PPCS and not a review of the product as I have not yet received it.

Imagine ordering 7 WHITE fans and getting 7 BLACK fans..even colorblind people can tell the difference in the two..complete opposite sides of the color spectrum. Incompetence at its finest If you have time to deal with lengthy, annoying, return-verify-receive type rmas on products you paid extra for shipping and rush order only for the wrong product to show up, then this is the place for you. If that sounds like something that shouldn't happen and you'd rather not deal with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Thank you for your review. Shipping is cost based on volume. In order to keep the shipping costs at the lowest possible price international shipping is limited to two or three companies. All shippers have applied several price increases since the beginning of April 2020 and there have been delays worldwide with all shippers due to the COVID outbreak. Unfortunately, we are not able to control these delays or cost increases. We do try to offer coupon codes regularly to offset the cost of shipping.

The case is great but . . .
The case is great. The printed image is blurry and appears to be a sticker. I will have to sandblast it off it is so bad. Extremely disappointed. Waste of $$$

Overcharging on shipping to make a…
Overcharging on shipping to make a profit is ridiculous.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that you feel this way, but we absolutely do not overcharge on shipping nor make a profit off of it. All rates are pulled directly from the carrier sites. Keep in mind that our company is not as large as others so we don't get as large of a discount from the carriers.

They offer you a discount coupon, but take away free shipping when you use it.

Thank you for your review. As noted in both the policies and free shipping page coupon codes and free shipping cannot be combined. The reason for this is the low mark up on products, stacking both would eliminate any profit on most orders.

1st and last time ordering from PPCS
Picked up 2 EK reservoirs and when I received them they both had issues. These were supposed to be new but 1 was missing the parts and the other had the wrong parts. I informed PPCS that it looked like i was accidentally sent something that had been returned, but PPCS claimed it was EK's fault. Now I am stuck waiting for my RMA to return the items and get my refund causing me to push my build back. Update Received an email from PPCS saying they were sorry for what happened and wanted to make it right. They offered a discount on the next order, so I decided to give them another chance. When I went to place my order I entering the discount code and it removed my free shipping. I contacted PPCS about this and they said they don't offer free shipping if they give a discount code. BUT if I change my negative review they would see what they could do for me. I did receive my refund for the reservoirs I returned. I find it hard to believe that EK would send 2 miss packaged items. 1 of them I am positive was a used return as the threads had slight damage. As far as stacking shipping and the coupon I have an email that states "if you are willing to revise the review you left, we would gladly wave the shipping fee". This considered are you lying in your reply or did your employee lie in his email to try to force a good review? I had planed to change my review pending how you handled my new order and would have gladly given a good review. I would like to ad that the 2 radiators I had in the same order did come in good condition so I was just unlucky in the fact I had issues with the other part of the order.

We offered the coupon to try and restore your opinion of us, unfortunately, we can not stack the coupon code that we offered you with the free shipping coupon we offer normally. (1)Website's lack of information on MOST items sold is a HUGE negative and already looks like shady dealings (If you have to research an item before buying, a HUGE red sign you shouldn't buy from that "company").*(1.5)Pictures are scarcer than a craigslist AD. (2)Shipping information not emailed with receipt and customer service taking two days to reply AFTER item has been received. (3)EBAY and Facebook Marketplace Sellers package your items with more care and thoughtfulness. Credit to contents looking like it was handled and shipped by a person not a warehouse bot, baggies and cellophane wrap look more like an ETSY or AliExpress purchase than a legit business. (4)Received Email about another's question about their purchase, thankfully no personal info was on there. SCARY AF! NO information should ever get leaked!!!!! (5)Items were shipped on-time, no scuffs, dents, scratches. Items packaged looked clean and not covered in dust or looked old.

If you need more information we have several ways for you to contact us, chat, email, and phone. Your shipping confirmation was emailed and delivered to you at 10:07 am on the day it was shipped. The shipping email may have ended up in your spam or promotions folder. Because we are a reseller we receive items many items in bulk. Tubing, wire, sleeving are received on spools then cut to length. Because there is no manufacture's packaging on these items they are bagged or wrapped in pallet wrap to ensure you don't get packing materials in or on the product. We also bag any loose items (either multiple items or items that do not have manufacturer's packaging) to ensure they don't get lost in the packing material and accidentally tossed out or again, get packing materials inside couplers, fittings, ext. We do not have any emails or voicemails requesting tracking information. However we did receive a live chat last night after business hours that was answered upon reopening this morning. We sincerely apologize that you received another customer's email and will look into the issue to ensure it does not happen again.
