My packages always arrived on time

Great customer service
Great customer service, stood up for me against a manufacturer for me. Manufacturer made a product, new about a fault, issued a new product that corrected the fault, then denied it caused a problem, even after their directions damaged the product. Ordered several times, fast shipping, decent prices, great selection, and friendly staff. What more could you ask for? Oh and when there's mistakes or problems with the order, they are quick to correct the problems. I'll keep giving them business as long as they keep being great.

Working on my 4th build in a year and it's obvious who gives The Best customer service: Performance PC's! Lighting fast and polite to respond to questions/messages, accurate and quick shipping, as well as superior selection. For all this you'd think that the prices would be outrageous; however, the best news is they have low prices and a price matching policy. Takes a lot to earn my trust and these folks have it.

Ppcs is the place to go to get pc…
Ppcs is the place to go to get pc watercooling part. The staff knows what they are doing and are able to get the answer you need whether they know it or not. They will also connect you to the manufacturer rep if need be. Shipping is fast and super reliable u will never receive a damaged component shipped from ppcs.

custom water loop recommended
This is my first custom water loop. After days by days doing research, I finally stop at PPCS to shopping for parts. They are plenty of choice and most important, SUPER REASONABLE PRICE ( almost par with out of country part form ebay). The shipping and hangling is fast. when I really that I order the wrong stuff and asking for help, they issue RMA immediately and give me full credis to get another one. So, I strongly recommend this store for building custom water loop.

First of all. a happy New Year and the best wishes for 2019.i have yet to make my 1st order at PPCs but seeing the prices,i can tell that they are the best prices for water cooling parts i have seen so far and added to that they are offering 25% discount,i am ready to press the order button.moreover they provide a wide range of watercooling parts from barrow fitting(the ones i am actually using because they are cheaper) alphacool to EK and a lot of other brands.however,i think iam going to try something more expensive because at PPCs,they are not that more expensive and the fact that they provide shipping to most countries of the world a through different well known logistics,i am sure that the goods will reach you in good condition.
