Changed price after being one of the first 200 orders. June delivery huh? It’s almost October and still nothing. Will not return calls, emails, chat or messages through Indiegogo.

Dear Cory, you reserved a bike and we sent several emails to all the backers with that perk and asked them to make their final decision ASAP and we even extended the expiry date several times. With this said, you never ordered a bike so you didn't receive any. Thank you

Stylish products but sorely lacking in experience.
Nireeka have created a stylish but somewhat flawed ebike. After their CEO, Max went back on a couple of promises he DIRECTLY MADE TO ME over several one on one communications, I lost confidence in the project. However, they appear to honestly be trying their best to fulfil their customers' complaints and have gone above and beyond to remedy the situation which has gone some way to restoring my faith. My own bike is a wonder to look at but does feel more like a prototype than a fully formed product. Final verdict: Nireeka are honest folk with a wickedly good designer at the helm, but sorely lacking in experience and knowhow. Never put down to malice that which can be attributed to incompetence.

After 2 years waiting to receive the…
After 2 years waiting to receive the order of 2 bikes now and after a short period of use I am having problem w/ my bike. Unfortunately the battery is disconnecting and even w/ 60% of power. Already disconnected the both cables, one from rotor and the other from display and the problem persisted, what should a do or review ? BR Paulo

The customer service is horrible
The customer service is horrible. My bike fell over and the LCD screen cracked from the vibration. First, not a great sign for the durability, and second, they wouldn't pay for the replacement part. I'm hoping to sell it before something else happens because customer service will be no help. In response, thanks for making my point that you do nothing. A mountain bike should be able to fall over without being damaged so don’t buy this bike if you intend on riding it anywhere. I ordered the replacement part and asked for instructions on how to install and they sent me a video to fasten it to the handlebars but nothing about where to plug it in. Also the part has been replaced by a better monitor but they still sent me the old outdated one and STILL made me pay for it. I would NEVER buy one of these bikes again.

We do not pay for the replacement part if a part is broken because of a crash or fell over. Anyway, We have a dedicated support system in the customer panel section of our website. Our agents reply to the tickets in less than 24hrs.

Ordered an Nireeka e-bike in March 2020
Ordered an e-bike in March 2020, it is mid-October, and I still have not received my bike. Do not order any bike from Nireeka until other buyers begin to receive their bikes. It's November 12th, and I have still not received my Nireeka Prime e-bike. Still waiting. Promised several times, I would be receiving a shipping date. And guess what, NO SHIPPING DATE as of yet. I am still hoping this delay is due to the pandemic and not a SCAM. When and IF I ever receive my e-bike, I will let everyone know. And I will give the bike my honest review. And by the way, as of today, Nireeka has never contacted me, as they said they would do in their comment. As of November 30th I received word that my bike had been shipped from the factory to me. Estimated delivery date some time mid-January. I will keep who ever is interested informed.

I am only reviewing them with 1 star, because I could not use 0. This company is beyond bad. I doubt they will be in business in 6 months. Run!!!! The product has no support. My bike broke down, after just 150 miles. I could not get replacement parts, and they wont let me return it. Run by scammers. This issue has been on going for 4 weeks, still no resolution.

Edit: The ticket is open for 4 weeks because you replied to your response after 3 weeks. Edit 2: Your tickets are still open with no answer from your side and you kept the review 1-star.

I received my bike a few days ago and already have 50miles on it. That's really eyecatching. Brilliant color. Mine is pearlized red, frame #0163 It's an awesome bike. Perfect choice of SHIMANO parts and BAFANG motor and they work well together with the bike. The bike works like a charm so I never needed to contact their support so far.

I received my bike within two weeks of…
I received my bike within two weeks of the promised time. Nothing was broken or damaged, everything was packaged very well. I’ve had my bike for about a month and a half now, and haven’t been on a bike in 20+ years. I already have over 250 miles on my bike. I love it. I’ve ordered some extra parts from Nireeka, and received them fairly quickly considering they’re coming from overseas. The Nireeka team has been very helpful with any questions I have had, and has responded to me in a timely manner. I couldn’t figure out the specs on my front and rear axles on the bike,Because like an idiot, I used the wrong size Allen key and have striped one of them. Not to the point where I couldn’t use my bike, But was worried if I needed to take my wheels off in the future to do maintenance I might have a problem with the rear one that I stripped so,I ordered extra ones. The Nireeka team answered my questions and got me the specs on my front and rear axles by the next day and I receive them in about three weeks . So far I haven’t had any problems with my bike and the thing is a beast!!! It literally will go anywhere! The fat tires allow you to go through sand, small gravel, thick gravel, across rough terrain, not to mention up the steepest of hills like their nothing. The bafang ultra definitely is everything I have read about it, and then some. And I have told my friends about this bike. I also ordered a twist throttle for it, and it works great! But be careful, if you have the bike in the lowest gear and you twist the throttle the front end will definitely come off the ground...lol plenty of power. The design is great looking, and I have had a lot of compliments on it and people asking me where I got it. I reviewed quite a few all-terrain E bikes ranging from the $4000 to $7000 price but you can’t touch a carbon fiber frame fat tire bike for $2500 of this quality Anywhere! Way to go Nireeka!!!🥰🥰

One of the best Indiegogo projects supported!
I got my 19" 1000W Nireeka Homie as an Indiegogo pledge reward. As bumpy as the road to get this bike was, I really appreciate communication and support I got from Nireeka team. First of all, they listened and approved a lot of backers ideas, which is outstanding! Bigger battery? - there you go! 1000W motor? - we'll make it work! Upgraded gears? - no problem! Also there were some (fixable) issues with the frame, which have been corrected after receiving our feedback. Those guys worked very hard to deliver the bikes to every country possible, despide of all regulations (EU is a pain in the back). Now, when everything matured, they are very active on the communication channels and, as far as I can see, delivery of the new bikes goes without an issues. How the bike performs? For sure it looks great and unique, To be honest - it's great and fun to ride! 1000W motor is smooth and has a lot of juice. I went through the rivers and mountains and it's still going! I use it for the weekend rides and also, except this "special" time, to get to work almost daily. Does it have downsides? What doesn't? It's still missing promised and advertised smart functions, like blind spot radars rupport, gps or heart beat sensor supported assistance (work in progress). Battery could last longer..... But when you get used to the bike and let it just help you, instead of ride for you, it gets much better. Some parts used are not the best in the world (I'd say mid-range)..... But they're good for the price. Luckily, except the frame, it's nothing custom and you can upgrade pretty much everything. Is it worth the money? Just look at it! It looks great, frame is a real carbon and for the money, you'll not find anything similar! Also smart display (which includes smart funtions advertised) will get there sooner or later. I'd say it's at least worth consideration when you like to stand up from the crowd and you look for something unique. Cheers!

Love the bike
Love the bike. My front break might need be replacing it was a little bent and makes a small noise. everything else is awesome. I haven't found an area I can't ride. Sand, huge rocks anything. Also there's slippage at the highest gear but has been a problem for most. I just found a sweet spot. Goes more about 30 without slipping. Great bike overall for the price. The team has been great! Haven't hit them up about my front break yet. Thanks nireeka for a great bike.

Is takes about 5 Month to got in my Hands because of the Corona Virus ,, It is a absolutly Amazing Bike ,, i cant stop smily when im out for a ride because everyone is watching my Prime ,, i have no problems with my bike at all,, the live Chat was always helpfull and very quick ,,I've loved the bike since the first moment I saw it and couldn't help but order it, and I'm really over luck, what I really have to say is the power the bike has, I love it Nireeka for the masterpiece because it differs from other e-bikes and I think they are more than successful. Sry for my English ,, just because im from Germany ,, thanks ,,

Nireeka, please just give me my refund and let me go
Dear Trustpilot website, Thank to your website, I have finally update a feedback from Nireeka. My previous email was no longer answered and I lost hope with this company. I am not only talking, here is my TNT tracking number I invite you to check. 821962394 You go to TNT website and use it for tracking. After calling TNT, they have confirmed that there is nothing in transit and nothing has been sent to customs on Oct 14th. This is a mixtup with the battery sent a month earlier. Here is the feedback from Nireeka after I gave them one star on your website "If we receive a confirmation from TNT that the bike has been lost, the refund will be issued based on the payment method used to place the order. If TNT confirmed they will deliver your bike, you have to return it to our nearest warehouse and we will inspect the bike to make sure it's in unused and undamaged condition and after that, we will refund your payments." To the first point if we receive a confirmation that my bike is lost. My bike was shipped in August we are almost in November. No feedback from Nireeka about the whereabouts of my bike. After searching for it with TNT, I found out that it was shipped to Israel instead of Switzerland where I live but we are still talking of if my bike is lost. If TNT confirmed they will send my bike, I can send it to Nireeka closed warehouse for review. So here is my situation with Nireeka, I am going nowhere. They do not want to accept the fact that my bike is lost even if I can give them the feedback from TNT and Nireeka says that it is not found does not mean it lost. A legitimate company is not only summarised by sending a battery but this is also they capability to handle a problem and take the ownership to fix it. I am sick of waiting, just send me a refund and we will all move one. Give me my refund and I will return to China my battery to any address you will give me. ---------------------------------------- My name is Johann and I am willing to share my emails exchange, my order number to support my statement. I am here talking to you because my bike was supposed to arrive in September 26th and today we are October 29th. I have an email confirmation from TNT telling me that my bike was lost. I tried to reach Nireeka and all for my refund too and they are now silent. I was wondering if I was scammed or if Nireeka was a true company. By putting these key words on the Internet, I end up to your website. I am happy to All of you out there who have their bikes. I was so proud of my purchase I was showing to everyone what my bike should look like and my friends were here in September 26th to help me put it together. Personally I could not refer this company to my friends. I just want to get my refund and buy a bike here. It will be more expensive but for sure, but for sure I learned my lesson. What saddened me the most is the fact that Nireeka did not update their shipment status on their website despite my request. Nothing but problems. They where really great people to deal with at the start but things turned sour when things went wrong. I really wanted them to succeed as a company hence why I backed them. Paid for the smartest EBIKE ain't nothing smart about it there ecu or smart screen display the we paid for still has not been released. Its waiting waiting excuse excuse. They stated the frames have a lifetime warranty. I got the home version due to poor design the forks repeatedly hit the frame if turned to far as a result my frame is damaged. They know about this have admitted its a issue and made parts to stop this that all the bikes now have. However those that got there bikes first have Never been sent these. Had we been sent them ages ago the damage would be very little. I've hsskrd for frame to be replaced there reply was The frame protector will be shipped along with the NSD for free or you can purchase it from the following link: Your warranty has expired about a year ago so if you want to replace your frame, you can purchase it from the mentioned link. Please let me know if you need more information. Best regards, Jack M Either this guy has no idea about his job or nireeka lie about the lifetime frame warranty There website states Warranty Nireeka Components We have a lifetime warranty on all frames for the entire ownership of the original purchaser. This covers manufacturing and material defects on bikes manufactured. Rider and equipment weight limit: 120kg total weight including the rider and equipment. They just refuse to take ownership of the problem. As this is a negative review I'm betting they will try have it removed. Or reply with some pathetic excuse trying to put the blame on me. Edit Yes they did send me some parts over but that was under warranty because the parts were defective and I appreciated that I then want me to send the bike back to them at one stage and they would refund my money but this was it my expense and because I'm not a business like them that uses the carrier all the time the rates for me to send the bike back to them were massive and just not economical for me to do so which is why this was never done. And yes they did send me videos showing me how to correct issues at cetera but I believe this should have been done it was a brand new bike and issue started within two weeks of receiving the bike it was brand new you don't expect to buy something brandspanking you for a lot of money and have issues start almost immediately if I had of had the bike for say 8 months and ride it a lot every day then yes I would expect possibly some issues but not on a brand new bike. The fact that they then right I have no idea how to maintain a bike is incredibly insulting they know I am disabled and have a brain injury as well as a spinal injury and they've known this from the start the fact they would even write that in their response is just downright degrading. Kind of discrimination in my eyes I can't help that I have a brain injury and don't understand things and struggle with it and that should not be thrown at me by anybody. I will say this thoughthey appear to have learnt from their mistakes and have changed many things on their new bikes so they are learning and taking things on board. I will say this if you're like me and a disabled don't understand things very well or do not know much about bikes you're probably best getting a bike from your local bike shop but if you do have knowledge of bikes and how to repair them and maintain them then yes possibly look at getting a bike off them as their bikes are unique. I'm also not just a whining customer if you do your research there are many many other people who have had issues with this company and some that are still waiting for their bike to be delivered several years after purchasing. I do believe this company is trying to better itself and learn from the mistakes they made in the past but that comments about me not being able to maintain bikes was the last straw for me. I just want the ECU that should have been with the bike from day 1 with the features that we're promised and then maybe I will be a bit happier. Until then I won't be happy and the smartest e-bike in the world that I bought from them will never be smart as it has no brains. once I received and that is if I ever received it I will update this review again with my experiences.

We requested several times to send the bike back and get your full money back because you have no idea how to maintain a bike. We spend another $1000 sending you some spare parts and you have problem after problem. You have the bike for about 3 years now and you do not bother yourself to learn a little bit about the product you have. We spent many hours sending you instructions, emails, pictures, and whatever we could do and we believe your review is unfair.

Stay away from this company
As other people already stated, stay away from this company! As one of the early backers (supported their project in march 2018) I'm still waiting for a bike to come. Customer service is doing nothing about it, they say the package is lost and they're investigating. Which shouldn't be my problem in the first place. I did receive one of both bikes, but it is full of problems, cheap chinese parts etc. My opinion: Go to a local shop, pay the same, and get a bike, instead of waiting multiple years full of promises and with a lack of communication. Order 1167 Indigogo.

Been asking for a refund for almost 9 months now. Despite my pleas for the immediate return of my money, during this pandemic.
Waited for more than a year for my bike. I got tired of waiting and decided to get my refund. I’ve been asking for my refund since April last year. It’s almost 9 months now. The company is very immature and unprofessional. My family and I need the money to help with the financial impact of the pandemic. They should do their best to assist their customers during this most challenging time. They should return our money ASAP! Sadly, they don’t really care about us. They can’t even tell me when I should expect my refund. I reserved the bike through the crowdfunding site Indiegogo in 2018. I later sent my full payment on December 2019. So they basically have my money for more than a year. And they won’t tell me when I can get it back. Who does that?

NIREEKA bikes, scam artists,unreliable and unlawful. Boycott them or press charges
Ordered from NIREEKA a European homie bike. The legislation enforcered in France regarding bikes was to change in order to have bikes from abroad using chines parts go by the book. Not sure of my ordered bike would comply,I decided to cancel my order way before my bike was fully build so not sent!!. I was then told that a refund was coming my way but would need a little time. This was close to ... 20 months ago and none of my contacts with the customer service nor the ceo,Max Shojaie did unlock my refund. Only mumble of promises all round the place and not a cent back. So I believe these are scam artists and petty crooks and nobody should do business with them either directly or not. These are seasoned crooks as I have let them know and showed evidence of having pressed charges for internet theft and scam in France and before the European justice bodies but they don’t care and that doesn’t lead them to refund me. So beware these are dishonest people just craving for your money. I m not the only one claiming:some people never got their bikes,some did get faulty unreliable cheaply built bikes putting themselves in danger.. don’t buy a thing from them,don’t believe a single word or promise they tell. Press charges,build up a legal action,class action. Don’t let them give you the we are only a startup,these things happen... where on earth ?
