The long-awaited Nireeka Prime has just arrived!
It took six months to deliver the Nireeka Prime. Along the way, there was a problem with Nireeka's gateway in receiving my payments, and I had to charged back and paid again, so it took extra time to deliver. Perhaps it has something to do with Nireeka's headquarters relocation from Dubai to Canada at this time. I was very anxious about this trouble, but I am grateful to Nireeka's support staff for their polite response. I am very happy with the performance and design of this bike. I'm looking forward to riding with my bike in the future.

I received an PRIME in pearl blue
I received an PRIME in pearl blue, it is very nice and wonderful. I do wait to day for an workaround of the speed and wheel changes. The problem are the new BAFANG motor. It is an CAN-Bus type and not as early an UART-Bus type. I hop that this great problem for mi can be soon done. In switzerland and also in EU, this type of E-Bike may be only max. Speed 25 km/h!

This is a complete scam company
This is a complete scam company. They initially began as part of a crowdfunding campaign, and after the crowdfunding period was over failed to deliver to the majority of their backers. A sizeable quantity of the very limited number of customers who finally received bikes (usually after frequent delays), have reported severe engineering issues that have made their bikes borderline unrideable.

Almost all the backers already received their bikes, except the one that requested a refund. While most of the crowdfunding campaigns do not offer refunds anymore, we're still offering refunds and we're trying to refund your order for more than a month now but you're not going to give us your account information. All the issues have been addressed two years ago and currently, there is no known issue on the Homie model. We'd be happy if you can find even one and share it with us. As many customers know, we're always been there for them when customers need us to solve an issue, and in fact, many issues have been solved with their help.

Very happy with this Prime e bike!
I ordered the Prime e bike in July, 2021 and received the bike in perfect condition in September. I watched a YouTube video about assembly which was straight forward and simple. The bike is very well made and it rides like a dream. Very powerful and looks great. Amazing customer support and quick to respond. Very happy with this purchase!😀

Buyer BEWARE!
I purchased my Nireeka Prime in October 2020 and it was to ship December 2020. After months of excuses from them they ran out of flat black paint so I had to change colors..... supply chain issues etc.... It finally shipped in April 2021 and because of the the shipping issues going on I did not receive the bike until September 15, 2021. I was told they were going to give me a back pack for my delays and they forgot to do that. My bike arrived in good shape and after getting it all assembled it turns out there is an issue with the motor. I can't get any pedal assist when ridding and nothing going up hills or pushing on the pedals for the torque sensor to kick in, nothing. I have reached out to Nireeka and have spent the last 3 weeks getting the run around from Jack and Andrew. Andrew told me the back pack probably got lost as lots of things are getting lost in shipping these days. Jack keeps asking me to send photos of my controller and I do but get any response from service or support. It will be 1 year in 2 weeks, Nireeka has had my money for almost a year and I still don't have a bike I can ride. The bike is really nice but with no support from Nireeka its is simply a bike that does not work!

Beware of Nireeka...
I ordered and paid 3 Nireeka bikes in 2018 via Indiegogo campaign. Only 1 bike was sent and delivered in 3 years. Additionnal costs (>30%) had to paid prior to delivery to cover transport and delivery taxes. Backers have been informed by Nireeka it was due to their lack of knowledge in international trading... The bike received in 2020 was not in good shape because of transport condition (rear wheel and crankset were veiled). No help at all from Nireeka since my last message to their support asking for un update. It was 9 months ago... I am still hoping my 2 other bikes will come one day but reasonably do not know what to think. I will update my post if something change. --------------------------------------------------------- Update : since my first message, I rapidly got an answer from Nireeka (thank you for that) saying that they are not able to send the bikes in my country and proposing a refund within 2 months. I a am sad waiting such a long time and not receiving the bikes. Indeed, the product is really amazing... All the process is very painfull. Waiting 2 additional months to receive my money back is quite long. But as long as they proceed to a refund, I can manage it. Let us wait and see... I raise my evalutation with one more star and will update my comment in a few weeks.

Great to ride
I've tried a couple of different brands for motorized bikes but always ended up refunding them due to the lack of quality. These guys really did blow it out of the park with these since the quality is through the charts. Love it!

It has been over a year since I ordered…
It has been over a year since I ordered my Prime and after more then 19 excuses they do not reply. I sent an inquiry to sales as to the current delivery and they responded with 4 months, 2 months in shipping, and ask support why they are stating this and yet can not supply me with my bike. Even the sales person, Chris Bailey, would not respond when I emailed him the same question. There are a lot of ebikes out there that have a company that stands behind them. AVOID Nireeka

Ordered and paid for my bike January…
Ordered and paid for my bike January supposed to originally recieve it in March. No bike Then after using there aftersale support some finally got back to me and said would be delivered late October Hummm still no bike Have been trying to contact someone to at least call me Hummmm no call back There is no way to contact anybody other than email. Over $4,000 paid and no bike I will keep writing reviews each month updating if there is a positive outcome

I can’t rate the customer service of this company highly enough. The new e-bike I bought arrived promptly, ready assembled, and ready to go. The price was a bonus too! Was skeptical about ordering a bike online but this is the place to visit! Was easy to assemble and was put together in about 15 minutes. Have used it every day since and people always remark what a good-looking bike it is. 10/10

Perfect Color and Frame for E-bikes
From beginning to end the customer service was excellent!! The quality of the Nireeka Prime E-bikes' frame and wheels is far better than the price, as is the design. I am loving the color so much and my brother likes it too. It arrived exactly on time, well packaged. I would 100% buy from this shop again.

I bought the bicycle in October 2018, today 20 November 2021 I don't know anything about my order. the company's last response, in spring 2021, was that my order will be shipped in August. Another three months have passed and of course we know nothing, and no response from the company. all bad!!! I apologize for my equally bad English

I can't praise them enough
I can't praise them enough. I am really pleased with the bike and will definitely be ordering from here again when my youngest is ready for an upgrade. They communicated well at every stage of my purchase. When you're spending thousands on a bike it's good to know you can trust the company that you're dealing with. Perfect for my son
