Just received my new Nireeka Prime
Just received my new Nireeka Prime. Took 4 1/2 months from the day I ordered. The long delay left me wondering if I had just thrown my money away. It arrived very well packaged and included a spare front axle as the one on my bike was bent during shipping. This must happen frequently. The quality is very good. The set up of the derailleur on my upgraded Deore XT package was poorly done. It shifted through only 9 of the 11 gears and the top of the derailleur rubbed hard on the frame. I have built many frames and readjusted the derailleur. It works very well now. Great customer interface, very helpful and very nice. Do I recommend this bike. Yes, but be ready to dial in the shifting before riding it. Highs…good quality, great customer service. Lows…setup, long long time between ordering and receiving the bike.

No bike, like SO many others
Like SO many others, I have waited for 6 months now and still no bike. When I ask Nireeka about it, same as everyone else, vague, unhelpful responses. If you buy a bike from them, don't expect it anytime soon if ever. One guy wrote that it has been two years and still no bike. I doubt he will ever see his bike.

Revenant Out of Box Failures Day-1
Received Revenant bike after 7-months. Out of box failures: Front and Rear Brakes! Rear Brake fell apart at the handlebars! Cable just fell out with hydraulic fluid leaking all over. ABS Front Brake failed with similar results and the ABS unit is leaking at multiple locations. Swapping out for a completely new brake set is cost prohibitive due to the need to tie-in motor cutoff-when-braking with any replaced braking system. I have asked for a working replacement or a refund or a local NIREEKA service center that can make right . . . I have even messaged one of the co-owners of Nireeka on LinkedIn as an FYI as I do not expect him to resolve my issue or that of others.

That bike looks very good but....
Edit: that bike is a blast. But you need to be patient with the build time and shipping process

I recieved my Mega the other day
I recieved my Mega the other day. Came in perfect shape. Arrived much sooner than expected. Noreeka kept me updated through the build process each week. Great value for what you get compared to other brands out there. Raining so haven't given it a good road test. But seems to work just fine. Had an issue but Noreeka got back to me right away and resolved my issue with in an hour after posting on my account. Ordered July 28 and received November 4. Was pretty concerned about sending 5k to a company and hoping to see something some day. But no worries dealing with Noreeka.

Awesome experience
Ordered the Revanent 1000 in late September, arrived last week…packaging was great , came in perfect condition…a little light on instructions…need to look up manuals on web site…beautiful bike, a large bike, works flawlessly, I didn’t know how to adjust the shocks and had a plethora of other questions which Nireeka CS communication has been second to none, ridiculous how quickly they responded…it was a bit difficult and a leap of faith spending close to $4000 and having to wait 10 weeks for delivery, but so far, after a few rides, it was worth it…

Stop Look & Listen Buyer Beware!
When I originally purchased the bike via IndieGoGo on July 1, it stated a ship date of August. It did not ship in August so I contacted CS in September, and they stated that "it's now an October 25 ship date." With the six week shipping time, it would be the first week of December before I get my bike. The bike allegedly shipped on 10/25 and didn't arrive in port until 12/25. Since then, it's been stuck there allegedly "awaiting courier collection." That's over 6 months from date of purchase! After another week of waiting, I had to contact CS again. They then stated, "We regret to inform you that the shipping company announced a delay, so your bike will be delivered in approximately six to eight weeks." If it even arrives, that's over 8 months from the date of purchase. And worst of all, when I asked for a refund, they stated that "All the purchases on the Nireeka website are non-refundable and final. If you placed an order on our website, it means that you already agreed to our terms and conditions at the checkout page." This is a HUGE red flat, and I am very disappointed with this company. I highly recommend Buyer Beware before purchasing. This business model is very precarious and fraught with delays and unaccountability on the companies part. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered a bike prime 4 in september… got it
Ordered a bike prime 4 in september arrived in january in good shape all parts included. works fine. these people have the WORST contacting and I wonder if anybody is really there or is this a fake front for a china bicycle place. I didn't know if i would ever get anything was pretty happy I did. If they are going to act like this spending 3300 isn't going to happen again.

Build like a Tank
This thing's a tank. It can handle whatever the road throws at it, and the frame is solid as a rock. I liked.

Initial reaction, 7 days after ordering Mega 1500
Don’t normally write reviews but thought I would from a UK consumer perspective. Considered ordering a Mega 1500, after reading reviews I was unsure, not because of concerns over the quality but when and if what I ordered would arrive. I contacted Nireeka to ask some questions and raise my concerns, turned out they had a bike in the UK (although it had some upgrades that couldn’t be changed). I decided to buy the bike and ordered 26th January, it arrived 7 days later on 2nd Feb. Up to now all I’ve managed to do is unbox and put together, initial reaction after short road test is the bike lives up to its promises in terms of spec and quality, and Nireeka did everything they said they would. The bike has no issues and the spec was exactly what I was expecting. I’ll drop another review when I’ve has]d it a few weeks.

MY NIREEKA EXPERIENCE * POSITIVE UPDATE *
Following my initial review, I was promptly contacted by the Chief Operating Officer of Nireeka, who expressed his apologies and assured me that he would address the issue immediately. Despite the extended shipping period, he provided consistent updates regarding the status of my order. Ultimately, I received my stunning Nireeka bike. The COO acknowledged the challenges they faced with shipping to the United States, a result of their global operations across over 65 countries, and informed me that measures are being implemented to improve the shipping process. Encouraged by this positive resolution, I placed an order for a second bike, which arrived three times faster than the first. Overall, I strongly recommend Nireeka's products, despite some ongoing concerns with shipping durations. I extend my gratitude to Nireeka for their dedication to customer satisfaction. ------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW --------------- My experience with Nireeka Mega has been an absolute nightmare, and I implore anyone considering a purchase from them to think twice and save themselves from the hassle and disappointment I've endured. I placed my order on September 11, 2023, expecting to receive my bike by January based on initial promises. However, the saga that unfolded has been nothing short of a masterclass in how not to treat customers. Despite being assured that my bike was shipped on December 7th, with an expected delivery by February 4th, that date came and went with no sign of the bike or a notification from Nireeka. In seeking answers, I was met with a baffling revelation: the bike hadn't even been dispatched until February 2nd, contradicting earlier claims, and now wouldn't arrive until after March. This level of miscommunication and outright deceit is staggering. The issues don't stop there. Many customers, myself included, have been left in the dark without tracking numbers, leaving us questioning whether our purchases exist outside of a transaction record. The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling. Having paid $4500, the financial sting is significant. Yet, when I reached out to my bank to initiate a chargeback, Nireeka's response was to threaten further delays in shipping, a move that reeks of pettiness and unprofessionalism. It's been over six months of frustration, empty promises, and dismal customer service. At this point, I don't even want the bike; I just want my money back. To anyone considering buying from Nireeka, please, do yourself a favor and steer clear. Your time, peace of mind, and money are worth more than what Nireeka seems capable of delivering.

Run away fast
Run away fast, orders a bike May 2023, got it in Oct 2023 when I was told I would have it in June then July. Came and all seemed well but they put a torque sensor in it which I didn’t ordered, wanted the cadence sensor due to bad knees. It’s not end of Feb 2024 and parts they claimed they were sending still have not arrived total scam run far away from this company.

Horrible shipping time & customer support while waiting.
Originally ordered my Revenant thru Indiegogo on Dec 10, 2022. I didn't actually receive it until 11/26/23. Pitifully slow & no clear answers from Nireeka during that time as to when I would be getting the bike. Despite my asking for, and not getting, a definitive answer, I was surprised in mid Nov. with a notice from Fedex that I had a package coming. No clue as to whom it was from & then low & behold Nov 26, 2023, My bike arrived. I never received ANY tracking information from Nireeka. Deplorable customer service for a $4,900.00 purchase. Unfortunately, I had injured my knee a week prior to it's arrival & had only put it together, no manuals or how to included in the package, just guess work. I'm finally healed enough to ride the bike and needed to find out how to set up the suspension. Looked all over Nireeka.com for the manual, couldn't find it. Tried "chat" & was answered by Helena who was very helpful. Chatting with Helena was the most positive experience I've had with Nireeka. Now that my knee has healed I get to find out if all the hype about the bike is deserved. More later.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! They have no idea how Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act works , don't buy from them or at least do it via Paypal, when you pay with paypal they accept the Paypal's terms and conditions , this is the only way to get a refund!

Total Scam
Placed my $4k order in August 2023 with a delivery date of “November”. After November was gone, I attempted to cancel my order since they didn’t meet their part of the agreement. The bike was not even ready, let alone shipped (6 more weeks of shipping) at that point. They had the nerve to refuse to cancel my order, effectively hijacking my money. Seriously? In this day and age? I had to go through a 1+ month long bank dispute, documentation, etc. They held my money hostage. BUYER BEWARE. This is a scam. Borderline if not passed the threshold of fraud. Thankfully, I used a credit card with purchase protection, and I won. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague.

Mega is a perfect bike.
Mega is a perfect bike for the forest, snow, sand or asphalt. So much so that I had to buy a second one for my wife. All my friends are very impressed with how well it drives. The entire bike weighs less than 30 kg with the battery, easy to transport on a rack with a hook. Great communication with the team, immediate response to all questions, the entire process from order to receipt took several months. It's worth the wait. I recommend to everyone.

Future buyers, be aware of where you are going
Future buyers, To summarize, the quality of the customer support / delivery you got, is catastrophic and not improving. I wanted to write a post for all potential buyers to confirm that even today (05/24) it’s not getting better. Recently Nireeka started censoring all negative comments in their forum / social media accounts (my account has been blocked after confirming that the bike is not reaching the speed announced, and all answer on the forum joining other users about problem we faced were deleted). This is aligned with the rest of communication and quality problems from their team. I’m still waiting for my tires and accessories that were missing in the original delivery. Two month now that I'm waiting for a tracking number, still nothing received and this even after all the problem faced before, already with the initial bike order (announced to be delivered in August 2023, received in February 2024, fake tracking at first, Fake support update, finally a real tracking number after multiple complains, etc..). After using the new Mega 1500 for some times here are some feedback. Starting with negative points as there is a lot: - the announced speed can’t be reached (50 km/h max in good conditions) - the frame is low, even the bigger size, resulting in frequent contact of the pedal with the floor. - the backlight smart feature is not working, also doing a buzzing noise which is quite strong (request opened for support for more than 2 months, no solution or help proposed). The cable used to connect it is also really thin and can be cut if you lower the saddle too much - they kept the metal button on the side close to the battery which is apparently used for ABS feature (but useless for other users not having it) - all equipment out of the frame, the motor, battery and Shimano components, are really cheap (upgraded comfort saddle, handles, pedals, plastics…). I had for example to purchase new handgrips, saddle and certainly pedals soon. -The marking of the frame “assembled in Canada” is basically another lie as the bike is made and assembled in China and delivered to customers directly (partially assembled). Now the positive: - The frame looks great - Even if not achieving the announced performances, the bike is still impressive to use. - Suspensions are quite good by default. I’m hope this could help you with a future decision, but as of today i would recommend you to find another brand.
