Compressor died
After the compressor dying on my 6-year-old 29 bottle wine cooler, they offered me a 40% discount on a replacement. Originally there was a free shipping offer on their website, but by the time I ordered the replacement the shipping was up to over $150. I called again and asked for a discount on shipping and got $100 off. The $100 was just posted to my credit card.

Beverage Refrigerator
On 01/08/24, I purchased the Newair Arrogant B*stard 125 can Beer Froster Beverage Refrigerator. It was delivered on 01/11/24. I did everything that was listed on the manual and left it stand up straight for 24 hours before plugging it in as directed. The next day I plugged it in and it started beeping and things were flashing on the front panel. Also, the light would not go off even when you touched the control on the panel. After 1.5 hrs, I figured there was something wrong, so I took a video of the problem and contacted Support. They called me the next day, but I missed their call. I tried to call back, but got voicemail. Anyway, today I got a hold of them I talked Ms. Hillary W. She listened to my issues, watched the video, tried to troubleshoot the problem, but figured out it was a door and/or a sensor problem. She immediately setup to have a new unit sent to me and setup the return of this one. I was HIGHLY impressed with her speed, professionalism, friendliness and action to resolve my problem. This was EXCELLENT customer service!! I will definitely deal with company in the future and tell everyone about them. I give Customer Service 5 stars, but I have to take off 1 star because the unit didn't work.

Good service
I’m not sure which product I’m reviewing. Their wine coolers are not good. Two broke within the first year. The heaters have been very good in the past and I hope the new ones are also. The company customer service is very good.

Received a Newair 250 count humidor for Christmas and the water try was damaged. Contacted Newair chat support and Charles took care of everything. Sending a replacement at no cost to me. Like things that easy.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I dropped a star because I had to use customer service. We bought a nugget ice maker through Best Buy, and 10 months in it stopped making ice. We tried to call in and get a call back with no luck. Finally, I chatted with Charles online, and he got us a replacement unit.

Getting old
Old and embarrassed! Realized after I submitted review that the blue tint was the protective film. Can’t believe I did not see it earlier! Now making ice as expected with stainless steel finish machine! Enjoy a laugh on me! ordered the stainless steel color with model # AI-100SS from Lowe’s and NewAir. Both times the model received was a heavily blue tinted stainless with black top. What i received is not even an option so there is clearly a problem with this particular model. Buyer beware: The picture and the unit received are not the same.

Slow support
Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. After sale support doesn't seem to exist if you encounter any issues. 10/31/2023 Edit: After my review, newair support reached out and resolved the issue. Would be 5 stars if a support ticket can be opened in the normal expected method vs responding via review.

We love our refrigerator/freezer
We love our refrigerator/freezer! It's kind of a trick to get the programming down, but then, it works fabulously! We bought a second because the price was so great, and now we have our food storage, and a drinks storage, complete with fresh ice! It seems that shipping was very difficult, as the tracking said, "out for delivery," and "failed to deliver" for 3 days, before it actually arrived..not sure why..

Helpful Customer Service
I had an issue with a dual wine fridge I received as a gift, where water was pooling in the top tray of the fridge. I reached out to customer support and worked with Charles over the past few days to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t able to be fixed and Charles was very helpful in processing a warranty replacement of the unit in a short time frame.
