We received a couple defective products that had to be replaced. Due to some miscommunication it caused some frustration but Charles helped smooth over the situation and got a new replacement sent out quickly. Thank you Charles

My ice maker unit stopped functioning…
My ice maker unit stopped functioning properly after 8 months of use. However, Charles with Newair was very helpful in replacing my unit (I had to pay shipping though). Customer service was excellent, the product not so much. Hopefully the second unit will last longer.

Ice Maker Replacement
The Newair team was responsive and helpful when it came to replacing my ice maker. I only gave 4/5 stars because I had to pay for the shipping of the new ice maker. I believe it should’ve been free since it isn’t my fault that the ice maker stopped working.

Purchased a nugget ice maker that started leaking less than a year after we bought it. I contacted customer service (spoke with Charles) and without hesitation he offered me a refund for my machine. Great customer service.

It's good that there was a guarantee on the air conditioner. I bought it a month ago and it didn't always turn on. I gave air conditioner. to the store and they changed it to a new one, because mine was of poor quality.

Straightforward, and Nice representatives.
Relatively straightforward to get a broken item replaced - even though the original was out of stock, they replaced it with a comparable item which was more expensive. Four stars instead of five because ideally it would not have broken in the first place, and it took a few steps of emailing back and forth throughout the process. The representative I spoke with was very nice, clear and concise about the steps involved.
