Warranty Claim Gone Right
I had to make a warranty claim because my wine cooler stopped working. I spoke with Fern and he made filing the claim effortless. My replacement arrived in just a few days. I am sad that the first unit stopped working, but I will definitely shop with Newair again.

Our ice machine began making a terribly…
Our ice machine began making a terribly loud noise after four months. I called Newair customer service and spoke with Elizabeth to let her hear the noise over the phone. She was very apologetic for this issue and worked with me to get a replacement machine on the way ASAP. These days it's almost impossible to even speak to a customer service rep when you have a problem, and if you're lucky enough to reach a human, they are generally unable or unwilling to help. Elizabeth was the exact opposite of this! She was a pleasure to deal with!

I contact Newair about an ice maker. The CSR I had was Elizabeth Martinez, she was one of the most pleasant Rep. I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She made me feel like it was all about me and my problem instead of passing me from one person to another. She kept contact with me, took me step by step until my issue was solve. I wish all CSR were like Elizabeth. Thank you Elizabeth for helping this old lady. Keep up the awesome work. 😊😊 A Happy Customer.

Our ice maker
Our ice maker, AI-215SS, stopped working a week ago. I contacted Newair through their website. From the beginning, I was helped by Vanessa Edwards. She has been very prompt in answering my emails, answering my questions, and telling me what the next steps are. I even spoke with her on the phone so I can pay the shipping fee for our replacement ice maker. She was very professional and prompt. Great customer service!!

They give detailed information
I had purchased a black Newair counter top ice machine which sat for 2 years before being used. Once used it was a phenomenal part of my daily use. 18 months later the ice water tray cracked, and had to be replaced. I call the service provider and they solved the problem. It doesn't get any better than that when it comes to customer service and support.

Newair Customer Service was a Rare Pleasure
After purchasing a Newair Shadow wine and beverage cooler, I had an installation question. Charles was both prompt and knowledgeable in his response to my question. He offered the right solution and made sure I could contact him again if I had any concerns or questions and even followed up a few days later. He also accepted a suggestion I had with enthusiasm, indicating he would pass it on to the appropriate department. His confident demeanor was apparent and made me feel confident in his advice. Charles provided the kind of customer service that is rare these days!

My ice nugget maker stopped working
My ice nugget maker stopped working. I worked with customer Support Laurellee and she walked me through all the troubleshoooting procedures. Once we knew the unit needed to be replace she made that process very easy to do. They shipped the new unit to me within 5 days. Was impressed with customer service on how quickly they resolved my issue.

Vanessa Edwards from Newair customer support helped me get a replacement icemaker at no cost but shipping when the icemaker I registered for the 1 year warranty failed. She also answered all my questions along the way by e- ‘ail and after I received the new icemaker. She told me how to register the replacement icemaker with Newair. She was extremely professional and vociurteous over the phone and by e-mail. She is a big asset to Newair.

Newair x Boveda 500 Count Masterpiece
I ordered the Newair x Boveda 500 Count humidor. The unit arrived damaged from shipping and new air quickly replaced it. The humidor has been amazing. The Boveda packs keep humidity perfect and the unit keeps constant temp. There are various ways you can set up using the new peg system. There is so much room and the amount of cedar in this one imparts cedar to your cigars. I love it. It’s better than I expected, and my expectations were high.

Hilary was great
Hilary was great! I was pleasantly surprised that she offered me a replacement ice maker at the same value as the one I had previously. My warranty expired one day before it started acting up and I contacted the company. She was so nice, walked me through the process, and made sure I was getting what I wanted. Highly recommend buying from Newair as their customer service is top notch!
