I’m super grateful to Charles T. @ NewAir. I purchased a chiller and upon unboxing I noticed that it had a dent in the back. I reached out and Charles was my advisor, I’m excited to report that my new chiller has arrived. I have unboxed it and plugged it up to ensure that we don’t have any more issues before filling it. It seems to be running well so far. Once again thank you so much Charles now I can have my wines 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷 at the right temperature!!! winesforhumanitycom/lkblue I’m not sure 🤔 what the question is… I know that wine 🍷 is the answer

A good little heater for a 400 square…
A good little heater for a 400 square foot garage. Would give it 5 stars if it were quieter, but it’s a fan… just turn up the tunes! Had an issue with the thermostat, but a call to customer service resolved it with one call.

We bought the ice maker in November of…
We bought the ice maker in November of 2017 and it worked great until I think around the end of May. It started going about 2 rounds of ice then shutting off. I worked with your customer service and we tried several attempts to fix with no better results. After this they said they would send the part along with directions. All the customer service reps were very nice and helpful. I have not received the part yet but I hope it fixes the issue because this was a great product.

Great customer service and attention to details! My new ice machine malfunctioned and Laurellee processed my guarantee request. She was very corteus during the phone call and answered all my questions. Also, she did help me to order a water pump for another 4 years old New Air Ice maker that was not under guarantee. She deserve more than 5 stars.
