I find jungle scout to be very useful…
I find jungle scout to be very useful however I’m very frustrated after watching the videos which are very clear-cut I have found myself being able to select a product I do not know how to purchase it in dollar amount how would I purchase an item or bulk items from Amazon and make a profit.? Example if an item cause $10 do I supposed to purchase that product for $10 minus my shipping packaging and duties fees how is that profitable? Am I missing something and could you pointed that out to me . If you can see if you can guide me to a video step-by-step how to purchase the product in dollar form.

No offense, Even though the contents are great, one of JS lecturer's pronunciation at Youtube is a bit difficult to understand. I was hesitant to say this one but since I pay for JS, I have a right to say my opinion. Also, when you record JS Youtube, you need to raise the volume of mic. Overall, compared to other numerous Ytube channels, the voice volume is too low. Trust me. I utilize Youtube for exercise, music and lecture etc around the clock. I keep the maximum volume of yours while I keep the half or less for others. Appreciate if you streamline that part.

The tool looks fantastic
The tool looks fantastic, but for me it didn't work. I don't speak English, I speak Portuguese/Brazil, most of the videos are not in my language. For this reason I was unable to continue with the tool.

Beginners - Lower Fees for Several Months
Hi, I was about to start as an Amazon seller. I subscribed to your service but unfortunately i had to freeze this activity due to family reasons. Your service seems to be awesome and required for sellers. But for me, who was just trying to become for my first time an Amazon seller, the fees are too high. Very difficult to get in touch with…
Very difficult to get in touch with support. Sometimes it would take several hours to hear back from someone including Twitter. The data on keyword ranking didn’t seem accurate. For example, I would have a keyword with a sponsored ranking of 2 and jungle scout wouldn’t show I wasn’t ranked.

Over all Jungle Scout is a good tool
Over all Jungle Scout is a good tool, i rate 3 stars as there are many portals which are not yet available on JS. Singapore, Australia, Saudi, UAE are some of them. Please try to cultivate them as we stand half strength when these portals are unavailable.

I would have given 5 stars
I would have given 5 stars, but I’m unhappy with this tool. I’ve been using JS now for close to a year and I’m gutted to find out that their data is not correct, they attributed a higher monthly sales revenue to my product than I actually make, even the monthly sales figure does not correspond to what I sell, so it’s made me begin to question the figures I see from other sellers. I know that JS cannot provide its customers with accurate numbers, but would be nice if it was closer to the real deal! Secondly, there’s a niche that I’m interested in, but JS isn’t returning any data, so how am I supposed to work out the profitability of the product?

Update: I am changing my score for 2 star to 3 star. Someone was able to explain to me in more detail about how often the data refreshes. If the production bugs can be fixed swiftly, i will rate as 4 stars. Thanks for hearing me out. ------- I have been using the tool for a couple of weeks now and there are many bugs. Had to raise tickets to request a fix and this process is very slow. Also, there is no detailed documentation on how the KPIs are calculated, when does the data refresh etc.

Jungle Scout is always improving but…
Jungle Scout is always improving and I really appreciate that about Jungle Scout, and it’s why I haven’t switched to another app, but there are still some bugs that can be annoying, and some ways I think it could look a little more appealing.

Nice tool but too expensive
Nice tool for amazon sellers but with limitations. Indeed when you are trying to click search button for suppliers it just redirects you to google search page and you will probably not find what you need. Good to find product ideas but not too useful to make it happen, and in my kind opinion it Is expensive for what it can provide. I had bigger expectations. Couldn’t find the price/value middle point.

Not so Easy
Since I subscribed to JS, I enjoy the Webinars and Trainings but I find the software difficult navigating or getting anything done. I don’t find it very user friendly; this has made me to go on Arbitrage until I find it easier to navigate and make progress. It’s really nice when it’s being explained by JS reps but not so easy to do on my own. When I was trying the AMAZEOWL, I find it easier but JS has what AMAZEOWL doesn’t have, and that is effective Webinars and Trainings!! I’m sure with time, JS will work out well for me.

They do not deserve their price
They do not deserve their price, unlike competitors, Jungle Scout offers extension and web seperately to charge more money, you can combine them together but it is expensive. I could consider the price reasonable if they offered Advanced Rank Filter, more comprehensive keyword tracking, product landing pages for social media ads, refund optimization etc... shortly they do not provide 16 tools like Helium 10. Jungle Scout is the first software of the market, that is why many people choose them but it is not good enough for me. Their strongest card is supplier database, I respect that, but finding and tracking supplier is the only advantage of Jungle Scout against competitors. To sum up, as a 350k/year professional fba seller, I have used paid plans for almost everything. My favorite is Helium 10. Let me explain short and easy, Jungle Scout = Nokia Helium 10 = Apple Iphone

I think some tactical walkthrough on…
I think some tactical walkthrough on listing a product would be very helpful. I recently learned that listing a private labeled product isn't as easy as it is made to seem. The Amazon Brand Registry is basically a nightmare and needs some taming. I had to open a support ticket to list a private labeled product because I don't have my registered trademark yet.

Great overview, but not accurate enough
Great tool to get an overview of product data, but not accurate enough in the fine-tuned details. AmazeOwl does a much better job for getting very accurate data.

Major bugs that made me quit (it got fixed by itself after few days)
EDIT: The system got fixed by itself and the customer service team reached me after my review with a detailed walkthrough. That's why I changed to 3*. I think the type of error I am writing below should not be part of JS. Their extension is cool but I no longer use their web app, I am using another company which seems better. If JS improves their service to catchup with other companies in terms of reliability, more tools and punctual customer service I think I can re-consider to try them again. (but it seems it's a better tool for beginners) ---- I appreciate some of the JS tools and I have used it (keyword research, listing builder, asking for reviews tool etc.) and I had good experience with customer service. I appreciated because in the beginning it helped me a lot. But recently, there is a major bug on the website about the calendars, I have tried many times from chrome and safari. I cannot use the promotions tool and also cannot review my profits. It is still going on. I have sent 3 emails and NONE of them got response. Today I cannot even log in to my account, it just shows a blank page. That was the last drop on the glass. How I can rely on JS if it gives me problems like that? If you guys could communicate me in advance or respond timely I could understand, but it seems nobody cares. I am very very disappointed about this.

SCAMMED me with charges!!!!
I am the kind of the person that if I have a negative experience I usually don't say anything. So you guys must have REALLY f***** up to receive a negative review from me. In mid December I tried to cancel my membership with them which I thought I did. However, the following months of Jan, Feb AND March they kept charging me. I had contacted them 3 times previously.. no response! The 4th time I contacted them I also sent a DM on their instagram.. then they decided to reply me. They REFUSED to refund me my money for the months of Jan, Feb and March and get this... my account wasn't even allowed access in those THREE months. I even have a screenshot of my account access being denied. So how are you going to charge me almost $300 for not even using your services. I have my own amazon business.. I now use Helium thank God! I would NEVER use this platform or recommend it.. because if they would actually care about their customers they wouldn't scam them like this... HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! Update: After going back and forth they did refund the money and apologised due to an error made.
