I registered in UK and it doesn't seem to deliver as I have tried to cancel and get my money back when i click on the setting there is a watershed which prevent me from going further

the right and correct name is Junk Scam its complete bs, please make a favor for yourself and save your money after all the fake promise they made I purchase this junk and when I tried to contact them to refund me they ignore me and didn't get my money back

Does not work well in the U.K./EU.
Does not work well in the U.K./EU, rushed to market and data (or lack of) is very poor. I was told they are collecting data on a daily basis for popular products but searching through products is impossible to get a feel of which products are worth pursuing since the results are poor. For example searching for a specific keyword on amazon returns millions of results, same keyword on JS web returns less than a thousand with the same filters. Best to wait a few months until the data collection expands to a level where it is actually useful. At this stage is completely useless to us so I cannot recommend it sorry.

Good service but no results
They were very kind and quick to respond to my problem, but in the end the problem of the lack of synchronization between the videos and subtitles in Spanish was not solved. I'm honestly a little disappointed

Mediocre at best
I used the extension for a while in order to enhance my product research. I am not satisfied with the tool. The data that is generated is commonly not accurate and you cannot accurately make conclusions based on this data. Furthermore, the data is even less accurate when you are doing research on another market than the US market. I tried doing research on the UK market, but was not able to, since the data on the UK market on Junglescout is extremely limited. Would definitely not recommend using this tool for product research.

It took me a while to get the answer.
It took me a while to get the answer. This is a different story from this case. members.junglescout.com supports Japanese, but the content (How to guide, etc.) does not support Japanese. Therefore, it is very difficult for Japanese users to understand how to use it. I think it's a great service, so please support the guide in Japanese. Otherwise, it will be difficult to continue using it. thank you.

You did cancel my subscription but you didn't send the full amount to my account. You deducted 235/- and I don't even know why. You haven't mentioned any kind of deductions while canceling the subscription. So, please send me my full amount.

T is owerwhelming ,lots of new things…
T is owerwhelming ,lots of new things for me to absorb but you are helpful and observing and im gratefull for it..What I need is the place on the pages to ask the questions .example when rewiewing the prices i came with word net ..Maybe you already explaned but i missed it and i have to go back and look again over to find explanation of it.and are lots of pages to find and its confusing...So i need the place like this window where i can find imediate answer for the the words and frazes that you use...

Customer service is absolutely horrible!
I would give Jungle Scout a better rating but customer service is horrible. If you have a problem, like the app stopped working altogether, it takes days and days of email to deal with it. If you intend to do business with people who rely on your product to do their business you need to be available, Jungle Scout is not.
