Since Feb 28,i am trying to Sync my Amazon Account.It is not happening. Raised a ticket, not nothing helped out .The Customer service team does not care about our Experience .they close the ticket without resolving the issue.

i have been a client with them for 5-6 years
i have been a client with them for years. spent around 1500$ in subscriptions and software. i have chrome extension (full) and did few years of yearly web app subscription. so tired of all the missing data,missing infos, software not working and always needing to contact assistance. today I decided to leave the software and go with other companies.

If I could leave no stars I would, Free trial is a scam. Selected the 1 month option 7 day free trial and ive just been billed instantly for £289.35 with no pre warning! I've now gone overdrawn and no contact from JS! PS. you cannot even use JS without an amazon sellers account which I do not even have yet as we only set our company up yesterday! I literally hate it when companys do you over like this - its not on at all. I'll be spreading the word to NOT use jungle scout to all of my followers in future. ITs a shame because it had such great potential.

I wanted to clarify we have annual and monthly plans available, which are billed immediately though you have 7 days to request a full refund. I believe the wording may have confused you as this purchase does not include a 7-day free trial but rather a 7-day money-back guarantee. So while you were charged initially, you qualify for a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Upon checking your account, I can confirm that a full refund was sent to your bank. Your bank should credit these funds back to your card within 10 business days. We always strive to be better and offer the best support possible, we’d love to have you in the future when your Amazon account is up and running. Thank YOU!

I created a case more than 20 days ago…
I created a case more than 20 days ago as there is a big problem with the extension that prevent accurate estimates. When I keep reaching out for resolution , I keep getting a canned answer saying they are working "hard" on the issue (Like other customers putting a complaint have been saying as well).. Very bad customer service. UPDATE : Jungle Scout technical reached out by email after 25 days of "no news/fix" and the issue is still not fixed. Useless tech support .If you expect customer support/resolutions from Jungle Scout, forget about it. Not worth paying the premium prices with no support. I cancelled my subscription.

I signed up with jungle scout just over…
I signed up with jungle scout just over a month ago, One of the main functions is synching your inventory so you can easily list and send data with a click in my case that my inventory is not synching with amazon, I have opened a few tickets and keep chasing them up but the only answer I get is someone is working very hard to fix the issue . CLEARLY NOT WORKING HARD ENOUGH because its been over a month and nothing has been fixed . Very dissapointed .

This is my first 1 star review, but I have to write as I asked for help to find a product but no help provided. Very hard for to find a product so a guide or some other extra tips would have been handy and not only to watch the videos. Hopefully jungle scout improves on this .

1- sales estimator is completely inaccurate. Estimated 40 sales a day while un real is 2. 2- when i contact the team, they appologies but Do nothing. 3- they proposed a spécial price for this month to apologies their mistake but was credited the regular price... 100% disapointed. Pour le prix payer, le service est loin d'être à la hauteur...

Delete our account because they can't fix a bug. How ridiculous!
Can't fix a reporting bug after 6 months and keep pushing us back unless we sent follow up email again. After 6 whole months of "we are working on it" eventually they decided to jump the ship and cancel my subscription. They deleted the whole account and we lost all our data. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!
