Wonderful sales associate.she was patient and was extremely helpful.
The only complaint I have is that I had to remind the delivery crew to haul away the old mattress. They just propped it in the corner of the room and the new mattress was already in place. They stated that is what the order stated but that is false.The sales associate very clearly wrote on the order haul away old mattress.
Clarification: They did end up hauling away the old mattress after I mentioned something. I am all set and thank you so much for the quick reply. Wonderful customer service!
