I used gift certificate codes as this is for a running club. The total said $0 and it still charged my personal card $96. I would have ordered less as to not have to use my personal $, but it never told me the correct total until after the purchase.

I received an empty cardboard 11 x 13 flat envelope. Nothing inside. Sent an email reply about it to the last email I received with my invoice attached and have heard nothing. Not happy at all.

Can't get to use PayPal
Can't get to use PayPal. Customer service didn't help. I use PayPal for years and regularly. It recognizes me when I use it and did as I tried to complete the transaction on Sunday and today. It just won't complete the transaction. Its wheel just keeps spinning. I took a screenshot of what it looks like if you want to see what I had to watch repeatedly. Twice this morning without success. I finally relinquished to using a credit card which shouldn't have to be necessary. As I need what I purchased on Monday (next week) out of town, I had to pay a premium for 3 day shipping which cost me and additional $30+ for 3-day shipping. By the way, the last purchase of $300+ took two weeks to reach me. Why so long? It should have arrived within a week. Not a happy customer.

We have noticed that sometimes when customers have reported issues on our site, it has been due to data clutter from cookies and cache on web browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages. A suggestion would be trying to clear your browser data and see if that helps fix the issues moving forward. As for the shipping time for your order - our warehouse that we ship from is located in Rhode Island and all in stock orders placed online before 2pm EST will be shipped out the same day they are placed (excluding weekends). Since we are on the east coast, shipping across the country to your location is a 5 business day transit point. Unfortunately, for the time frame that you ordered and when you need to receive the items, choosing an expedited shipping option was necessary. I also wanted to look into the past order you had ntoed that was $300+. Using your name to search in our system, I just found one other order totaling $44 in February. I tracked that shipment, and it looks like it was delivered to you in 6 business days, on 3/7. FedEx did note the packaged was delayed 1 day in transit due to weather conditions, which is out of our control. Your web site is very poorly designed
Your web site is very poorly designed. During checkout, it didn't focus on incorrectly entered data, so I had to search for what might have been wrong., It also wouldn't let me create an account, and it wouldn't explain what I was doing wrong, or what data I had entered was invalid, so I had to checkout as a "Guest". I now remember that I've had this trouble before (years ago), so clearly you have paid no attention to customer experience. In the future, I will certainly avoid your company's web site if at all possible. Furthermore, in submitting this review, the web site automatically filled in the wrong "Date of Experience", inserting a date one day AFTER my experience and the date on which this review is being written.

Crazy Surcharges and Shipping Fees
Waiting over a year for blanks I ordered over a year ago and still never received. Now there's a shipping and surcharge of $43.80 for a purchase of $219 I just made for a stopwatch, official flag, and 5 boxes of crimps. Crazy.

…Temp surcharge is costing business because I wont order any more of the things I need from here
Well I have been a trak voach for 26 years.. I saw a temporary surcharge on my relay batons I just ordered. I called and was told it was so you wouldn't have tp raise prices bit the relay batons went up about a $1.00 each from last year and I also ot the surcharge.. I was fine paying the higher price but charging $2.00 more on top and calling it a temporary surcharge to keep prices down is a scam.. I informed the rep on the phone that I would have to take my business to anpther company and he seemed to just say sorry but that is what we are doing.. So the rest of the track equipment I planned to prder will be with spmeone else..
