Ridiculous shipping price.
Ridiculous shipping price. I ordered a 1K discus and an aluminum hammer handle. Your estimated shipping came up as $7.25, when I went to checkout, the only cheapest option (UPS Ground)was almost $26.00!! I needed the item so I went ahead. I feel like this had to be wrong but I had no other option?! Maybe you owe me some kind of refund?? I was able to contact customer service and the problem was quickly and professionally rectified. Very pleased with the results!

Hello Brian- I looking into rectifying this issue and I see that Erin was able to help. Currently our website calculates the percentage of the subtotal. In most cases this benefits the customer, but in this case it doesn't. In the future, if there are any shipping questions, please contact us and we will resolve the situation. Good products
Good products, occasionally at a decent price (sales only). False advertising about "free shipping" for a sale, then for half the products turns out that's a lie. Application of wrong tax rate always higher than the local rate. Not cool. But, again, good products. And good service when I've had to contact them

High non-standard shipping charges, wait and see on the rest.
Disappointed in cost of shipping chargers for quicker deliveries than standard. Will wait and see how long standard shipping takes, and how returns work if the shoes don't fit. Website was easy to use.

Free shipping exclusions
Either offer free shipping or don't. Select items only is BS. My cart originally had over $100, only one item qualified. I ended up only spending $50 because of the 'qualified items only' clause.

Free shipping but with catches
I was disappointed that more than $50 of my order had no special delivery requirements and yet I was not given the Cyber Monday free shipping as advertised. Some of the equipment has been quality (bull horn vended does not work even though it is my second attempt to make it work) and most of my deliveries in the past have been timely but this was unfortunate.

Canadians can't order properly
I order from Canada so my billing address is B.C. Canada but your system does not allow me to do that so it automatically puts in ALASKA as my state. I have ordered from you several times...should be an easy fix to allow a field to be typed in instead of using a fixed pull down menu for STATE.

What's With Passwords??
I tried to sign up to be a customer, but every password I typed in came back with a "Email address already taken. Try another." After several attempts, I just gave up and ordered my equipment by signing in as a guest.
