Damaged spikes
of the 100 1/4" track shoe spikes I ordered three of them were no good. Just to pyramid with no base screw. I expect more from Everything Track and Field! We have ordered from you for years and have always been satisfied

Hello Brent. I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the shipping costs. While certainly not as important as health, one of the many byproducts of the Covid pandemic has been a disruption of the global supply chain which caused costs for raw materials and international shipping to skyrocket across all industries and product types. These costs rose to the point where some products became unsellable. Not wanting to raise prices and feeling that these costs will recede over time, we decided that adding this TEMPORARY surcharge to help cover some of these unexpected increases would be the fairest option. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will lower or remove the surcharge as soon as feasible. Hi Bob. I apologize for the inconvenience. The site speed does fluctuate when there is a lot of traffic on our website. Also, it may help if you clear your cache/cookies on your own browser. Great selection of products but shipping costs were extremely high.

In some cases, a heavy amount of traffic and a low speed internet connection can cause interruptions during checkout. Great Products, Difficult Communication
Two orders recently, and I was looking forward to my free promo bumper sticker. The first time I emailed about it, got kind of a confused reply. I let it be. The second order I definitely qualified for one, and it accidentally got left out of the package. I emailed about it, got no response. I did the online chat, and a sticker was supposed to be mailed. Several weeks and nothing. The website is super informative, as I am new to throwing, and the implements have been working well for me. But there is a strange disconnect with communication.

It would have been very helpful to have the circumference of the shot put in the description. For what I am paying for it, I don’t really know if it is what I need. Also, please try to stock some size 16 track spikes for short to mid distance running. Thanks
