$30 for shipping and you can not even…
$30 for shipping and you can not even track your order. Was sent an email saying it was shipped but my account on their website says it's still pending my transaction. Very unorganized.

Hello Bryan! I apologize for the issue with the order. We try to may the online ordering process as user friendly as possible. Anyway, I looked into this and noticed you selected a 2 Day shipping method which added the extra amount to your total. In regards to the "pending transaction", we do not charge your card fully until it ships out from our warehouse. High shipping charge
The website and order process is easy to navigate but $10. ground shipping charge for such a small light $9. item seems exorbitant

Since we have a variety of equipment in different sizes and weights, the best way to handle online shipping is to charge 15% off the order. Most of the time it benefits the customer, but in this case it doesn't. I didn't like the fact that shipping…
I didn't like the fact that shipping and handling was more than the price of the item I purchased. I only got a.bag of pyramid track replacement spikes which was $8, but the shipping was $9.95! What kind of handling are you doing with a bag of track spikes? Terrible...

I have placed orders 2 times with …
I have placed orders 2 times with Everything Track & Field. Both times they charged for shipping when the offer states no shipping charge on orders over $49. They said they would deduct shipping charges after payment information was entered. Didn't happen. The first time, I called customer service and the issue was resolved. This time, I will have to wait 2 days for them to re-open on Jan 2.

Poor laid out website
Poor laid out website. I ordered but yet I still have no idea about shipment estimate. Highest prices that I found for the shoes I ordered. I only ordered because I was unable to find half sizes on other websites. I'm sure they were sold out due to better pricing than this website.

ambigous discounts and coordination between onlne and mailed product magazine !!!!!!!!. . . UGH !!!
I tried to order two shot puts because they offered, in my brand new catalog of theirs, a free two shot carrier if you ordered "any two shots" However,when it came to the checkout the offer no longer applied because of a few dollar discount, on only 1 of the 2 shots,that apparently cancelled out the free sixteen dollar carrier !! the discount on the shot was less than $10 but it cost me 16$ !! ....so i ordered only one shot and cancelled the other two items. NEVER again... !!!!

Ordering from Canada
My order is from British Columbia Canada. You do not ship to Canada. So, I have a place in Washington State to ship them to. However, my BILLING address for my credit card MUST be the appropriate one in Canada otherwise it gets rejected. So not only can I not get them shipped to Canada, I cannot even get it billed through Canada. At least offer the drop down menu to have it change country in the Billing address.

Bent Baton
I ordered 3 batons for track. The price was right and the delivery was pretty fast. Unfortunately, even though the delivery box wasn't damaged, one of the three batons looked like someone stood on it. I'm not going to risk buying anything else here.

Poor follow through.

Hi Bonita! I do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the manufacturers, in this case Nike, only produce a limited number of track and field shoes. Sadly they have many other sports that they feel are more important than T&F. That being said these Nike Zoom Rival SD 2's are no longer available. If you want, I can offer you the Saucony Unleash SD shoes in size 10. They are normally $100, but I will drop the price to match the Nikes at $75. Let me know if you want to do that. Highest prices out there
M-F Athletic has the highest prices out there and while they have a good selection of equipment, it is the place of last resort for me. Only when I can't find it anywhere else, do I finally go to EverythingTrackandField.

Difficulty with order processing
This is the third consecutive day attempting to order the lightening strike detector. Today the order went through just fine; however, on the two previous days I would get about half way through the process when the site would just "stall out". After waiting for several minutes each time for the process to advance to the next page I would give up. I got the same result using Foxfire, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Today was going to be my last attempt. Fortunately, this time everything worked fine. I am glad things finally worked, but disappointed that it was such a struggle.

Not a happy customer
My order was placed on May 1st. And as of May 7th my order has not shipped. The order was paid through paypal so I know the payment was sent on the order date because I contacted paypal today a was told the money was sent the day of the order. I have used paypal for years so I know its not on there end. This will be my last order from them.

Hi Daniel! I do apologize for the shipping issue. Since we are closed on the weekends, the order was processed on Monday 5/4 and the hammer was shipped out that day. Unfortunately with Paypal, they can not confirm the shipping day since this item was shipped from the manufacture in Oregon. I just tracked the order and you will receive it on Monday 5/11. Their shipping fees for ground are ridiculous, will shop elsewhere.
Your shipping fees for orders over 75 dollars is ridiculous. $20 for a 1.6k discus for standard ground is highway robbery.
