if you order online make sure and let…
if you order online make sure and let them install the appliance. they will not back up the product they are selling if you don't. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and would protest outside their store if I had time. as to your reply, only one way to wire it in without reverse polarity..... I'm not a moron..also you are right here in Chattanooga Tennessee not several states away

Thank you for the review. After asking members of management, the decision came down to your description of the issue. The issue you described to management is commonly caused by improper electrical installation of the unit, whether it be the wiring directly connected to the unit or wiring from the fuse box. We suggested you contact a local installer to look at the wiring and installation of the unit. We normally would check for you but you are several states away from us.

Highly disappointed
Honestly, I'm getting a refund. I waited for the 1st delivery from 5 till almost 9:30pm. The stove was installed in the house. The refrigerator was damaged per installer. I went into the Oakridge store because they up a delivery and said someone would call. I finally called and was rescheduled for the 1st. Guys was pulling off when I got there. I wanted a call because no one is living there.

purchased a massage chair was told it would be new in the box and assy. would be done in the house.. what arrived was a chair shrieked wrapped on a blue pallet...needless to say things went down hill..I was told that the chair was a demo....the only place this chair belonged was on a garbage heap..the store manager replacement offer was a joke and would have cost me more money..my response come get it..!! Oh did I mention that I also bought a washer and dryer on the same day..the third washer and dryer purchased from this store within two years...so much for loyalty to the customer...after chair was picked up I never heard as much as a sorry once the chair was returned to the whse...thanks for the memories..!!!

Every appliance I had malfunctioned
Every appliance I had malfunctioned. I attempted to contact the local store and corporate numerous times over the coarse of 6 months ,only to get No assistance. I spoke with the corporate assistant who always would say she would return my call and never did .The warranty on appliances was no help … they would send technicians to the home and they would leave without doing anything only to reschedule another appointment 8 weeks out…we eventually paid ourselves to have them serviced privately. Poor service at its finest. Nothing short of a nightmare, I will never shop there again.

Disappointed!
Bought a 75” Samsung television, arcade game with stool, and Samsung refrigerator. A month later and I still haven’t received the panels for the refrigerator. We have had several guests in the house and needless to say everyone questions why electronic express sold (and I bought) a refrigerator without panels.

The dishwasher I bought at the outlet store in Murfreesboro was sold to another customer! I purchased the dishwasher from John the general manager 4 weeks prior but he failed to label it as sold. This was very upsetting to me. He did refund me the money.

I waited so long for the Samsung refrigerator panels that I couldn’t wait anymore so I bit the bullet and took what they had stocked. … I hate the colors that I received. So I emailed corporate and told them about my experience. Months have passed and I haven’t heard a thing from them. Too bad because I had a pretty good experience other than having to wait for panels that never came in. I don’t see how you expect someone to wait so long with an incomplete fridge in a brand new home. You should have a better policy set up from the beginning to let the customer know when they order something and it takes almost a year to receive the full product. I will be purchasing new panels and it won’t be from electronic express!

Insurance program sucks
I turned my laptop in at the Jones Valley location approximately 3 months ago to be looked at under warranty purchased. I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding status, even after calling the store 4 times now.

I bought a laptop at your store in…
I bought a laptop at your store in Jackson’s tn . I took pictures of the laptop messing up . Showed the store manager videos and pictures. I know pc and laptop very well . I tried to rerun it . He spent 30 minutes trying to tell me how to fix a laptop instead of returning it . I don’t have the receipt. I had lost it . But I called corporate and got a copy of the receipt he would not except it because I bought it through snap finance. He said snap wouldn’t take it back without the original receipt. I called snap they said that wasn’t true. And thank God they let me send it back to them. I will always use snap . I will never come back to that store . I have spent 10,000 in that store in a year . Snap have all my purchases on file . Very sad at how the store treated me . You need a new gm . He is costing you money .

3 times they failured to give 30 minute…
3 times they failured to give 30 minute call and text as stated in their email. Therefore 2 times they left property before I could get there. The 3 delivery attempt the truck was about to leave when I got there. I had spoke with the caller that called to tell me tell they told her no one was home and they weren’t going to wait. I told her they had failure to call me they lied and said they did. They went ahead and installed the dishwasher incorrectly. I took pictures to the sales person to show him the installation. He scheduled to have it installed correctly. Again no call from installers so they didn’t wait on me again. I paid to have someone to install correctly and was told they would refund my installation fees. Howeve r that hasn’t happened either.
