Sold me a defective unit and only…
Sold me a defective unit and only option was to get Samsung to repair it or refund. They wouldn’t offer an exchange even though they said they have 6 more units available. I would have to return for a refund then turn around and buy it again. It’s freight delivery and would have to schedule the pickup plus a new delivery. More time without my oven. Ridiculous policy and what a way to take care of your customers. Been over 3 weeks without the $4000 oven! Been through one Samsung technician already and waiting for the next one.

Awful return policy that is VERY…
Awful return policy that is VERY misleading it is not “in line” with major retailers. They do nothing to help and try to charge 150 to return a small kitchen appliance. I will NEVER buy from them again. I could believe the arrogance the agent had and hid behind the policy when I was trying to still ultimately purchase the item but had made a shipping mistake at check out

Promotional scam
Shopped here for a promotional rebate, verified with a sales employee all items were eligible. Submitted my claim right away and now I’m being jerked around for my rebate. A few weeks after I submitted they were like nope sorry we need more information, wanted all of the serial numbers because my purchase receipt was not good enough. I submitted all of my serial numbers and my claim was denied. Do not shop here for any kind of promotion or rebate as they are shady and just want to jerk you around.

2 out of the 4 walkie talkies i ordered don't function properly and one was left with batteries that had rotted and burst inside the device. My only positive thing to say was that they came quick.

!WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They play games. They do not stand behind what they sell. You will regret trusting them. You will be left on your on without recourse. DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG high end tv any where! You will experience picture failure. Sound failure, pixilation, unwanted channel changes, loss of video while sound continues. When you finally get a Samsung tech visit, the issues will continue, and get worse after they leave. Electronic Express will not replace your high end product if defective. 4 month battle for a working 2700.00 tv ongoing. BEWARE THIS BUSINESS! One star is too high a rating.

They left my sister's $2000 in my drive way with out any notification or ring on the door or anything to sign. I get home and it's not there. Now snap and UPS are saying there not responsible for it. Hisense U8 4K TV Purchase
We purchased a Hisense U8 4K TV from Electronic Express because it was out of stock at Best Buy- what a mistake. They never notified us of shipment. We finally called them a week later and they gave us a tracking number. We contacted the shipper, Baton Rouge Cargo, and scheduled a delivery. They did not show up. We rescheduled the delivery and again, they did not show up. We took 2 days off work to receive the TV. We called them a third time and they refused to reschedule the delivery. We contacted Electronic Express and they said that is the only shipper they use. They said that they would contact the shipper and call us back. They never returned the phone call. We emailed customer service requesting a refund and they refused to respond. Finally after 3 weeks we had to contest the charge with our credit card company. Do not use this company or their shipper, Baton Rouge Cargo. They are the worst shipping company in the world.

Not A Good Experience
My home delivery experience was awful. The delivery truck arrived on time however the latch for the delivery truck was jammed and they could not get it open so they had to take the truck back to the warehouse for maintenance which was two hours away. I fell that this is poor customer service because why would you not have the driver's go to a local repair shop to fix the issue so that they could still make the deliveries the same day. Then getting my delivery rescheduled was an ordeal. You would think there would be a sense of urgency to get the delivery rescheduled since I was inconvenienced. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth and will make me think twice about purchasing anything again that requires delivery.

Used my PayPal information as shipping
I added an item to my cart. I went to go check out and used PayPal. To do my payment option, it used the address on my PayPal account as my shipping. It never asmed for my address. That is not the address that I needed the item to be shipped to. And no one at electronic Express cared or tried to fix my problem before it shipped. And once it shipped, I was told there's nothing they can do. It's out of their hands best to luck. So my package was delivered 6 hours from where I currently live. So I had to reorder the product from a different website. And lost the $80 part that I ordered.
