Lousy customer service.
Newegg had a listing for a Sony TV sold by Electronic Express for $200. They accepted the order and charged my credit card and status was in progress with expected delivery date 6/3. Then I get an email saying it was cancelled. They should have honored their mistake. Lousy way to run a business.

Thank you for the review, Ron. We understand your frustration with having a deal be pulled out from under you, but it wasn't Electronic Express that set that displayed price. We fed Newegg the correct price, but their system made a data entry mistake causing the price to display as $200.

Don’t buy tv’s from these people for…
Don’t buy tv’s from these people for sure, we bought a lg from them a few days after there return policy ended which is 30 days we called refused to help said we would have to call the manufacturer about it. They acted like they didn’t give a crap they got our money so they were done with us. We have called the manufacturer twice now still have a useless tv. It will be a cold day in hell before I buy anything from them again.

We're sorry that your TV became defective, Allen. Like all retailers, once a product is past the retailer's return policy, the manufacturer is responsible for a defective product- especially for electronics like TVs where the manufacturers heavily prefer for retailers not to conduct TV swaps since shipping defective TVs back to the manufacturer weighs heavily on the manufacturer's logistics. Manufacturer's prefer sending a repair person to your location to repair the defect.

Never going back!!!! Amazon and Target is the way!
My husband and I bought a TV on Target. They did not have the sound bar that we was looking for. On our way out of the parking lot we saw electronic express. We decided to get in. We was immediately served and the seller sold us the sound bar and oversell a wall mounted for the sound bar. When we opened the box there was the wall mounted that came with the sound bar. The seller should not sell to us, meaning He doesn’t know the products! Well Two weeks later I stopped by eletronic express in Florence to return the wall mounted (box sealed) with the receipt. The return was not done! OMG ZERO customer service ! I left the wall mounted there and no money back for me! I’ll never going back! I’m glad we have Target and Amazon!

Don't be afraid to ask questions
Personally I have a lot of experience installing kitchen and appliances. Purchasing a freezer from E E has made me have serious questions as to if they are selling factory seconds or not. The first freezer was delivered with one corner crushed and the packaging rag tag put together. The second one (replacement) looks pretty good but with a hinge cover missing.

Not sure why the 2nd freezer you received was missing a hinge cover, but -concerning the first unit you received- it is common for appliances to become dented while going through the supply chain due to their bulkiness and weight. We try our best to deliver customers a non-dented unit, but looks like one got past us for your first delivery. We hope the 2nd unit we delivered to you fulfills your needs for a long time.

bought a bed and adjustable frame they brought just the mattress not the frame .they said they didnt have one ,they did when i bought it.Getting my money back also has been a experience paid some cash the rest on card.If they have cash when I get there I can get cash if not they will send off for a check takes 2 weeks .Everything is blamed on corporate. Never will buy anything else from there again and I will tell all my friends about my experience also on social media.

Horrible customer service
I purchased a new frigidaire built in refrigerator & freezer from Electronic Express in Florence, Alabama on 7/21/2021 for $6,388.64. This included the two units, the trim kit, the heating element between the two units and a 4 year extended warranty. Upon delivery, the employees did not have the correct couplings to hook up the water service to both units so they just hooked up the ice maker on the freezer and the trim kit was not the right one. A week later the refrigerator developed a error code and was going from freezing to 50° back and forth. I contacted the store and was advised to call Frigidaire. Two weeks later, a Huntsville based 3rd party repair company contacted me to come look at it and he ordered a motherboard. The motherboard was shipped to my home and to this day it is still in the box and has never been installed...whole different story. Electronic Express's services people came a second time with a new trim kit which was still incorrect and still did not have the correct couplings to hook up the water service..advised me to purchase the parts. The service people came a 3rd time with the correct trim kit and again pulled the units out to work on them. 4 times from the initial install, the units were pulled out and worked on. This caused a water leak at one of the fittings they hooked up. Upon noticing the water damage to my cabinets I contacted Electronic Express and asked them to come take care of it and they never came. I hired a contractor to come replace the damaged wood and repair the leak. I submitted the very reasonable repair bill electronically to Electronic Express, made several phone calls, emails and a in person visit with the store manager who acted like he could care less. To this day, I have not been replied to about any of this. I keep extremely good records and have all documentation to back my claim up. I have been receiving letters from Frigidaire trying to sell me extended warranty. I contacted a manager via text at Electronic Express and I was advised to not buy it because I had purchased it from them with a better company. I requested documentation for the warranty but as of today nothing has been provided. In summary, I wished I had never walked into the store and I will never purchase anything from them again. I have advised the manager that I will not let this go so unfortunately I am being forced to seek legal representation for a issue I have bent over backwards to settle with them. $300 for cabinet repair due to a water leak Electronic Express caused and documentation for the extended warranty. Beware of this company. BBB has reported 2 emails not responded to thus far.

bought a 1,500 TV for parents for CHRISTMAS, bought it a few weeks before Christmas said it will be there in time for Christmas. to begin with they didn't even ship the item until AFTER Christmas and after I called them TWICE to remind them. Then they used SEKO shipping never heard of them but they are trash as well, they spent 3 weeks in transit from NASHVILLE TO WEST VIRGINIA.....OUR STATES TOUCH? Then they decided my packaged needed to go back OUT OF MY STATE AND TWO STATES OVER SO ANOTHER PLACE CAN PROCESS IT and i got that fixed after i called them maybe 5 more times.....finally received my TV today, two months later and its the wrong f u c k i n g one. they sent me a TV WORTH HALF THE PRICE OF THE ONE I PAID FOR. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT TWO MONTHS FOR IT TO BE RETURNED AND THEY CAN CHECK FOR DAMAGED AND TWO MORE MONTHS FOR THEM TO SEND ANOTHER ONE OUT F U C K I N G GARBAGE I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS TRASH PATHETIC 1990's looking ass no real customer service looking ass Cant use USP like everyone else looking ass again

They do not even deserve one star
They do not even deserve one star. They sold an OLD model turntable, have refused to let me return it or give me a refund, told me to contact the brand that made it because they have a 1 year warranty. Turns out it is only a 90 day warranty. I contacted Electronic Express multiple times today and they just keep replying with nope, too bad, have a nice day. Horrible customer service.

I have bought stuff here for years, NO MORE
I have bought stuff here for years, and lots of it. I bought a $3000 dollar TV and wanted it installed over my fireplace, a kid came out and tried first to mount the bracket upside down. Final ending up visually off to one side. He said he could not fix it and left. They will do NOTHING about this. Down the street, they could not put in a dishwasher because they did not know how to shut off the power. The products they sell are fine as long as you do not let them TRY to install them. I can not repeat what one of these folks said to me.

I ordered my son a Nintendo Switch,when it came someone had took the console out of the box ,all I got was accessories for $500.They told me they didn't have anymore in the warehouse so they couldn't send me one or for me to send it back for a refund.Its only 3 was until Christmas.Ì can understand why no one is never in their store.They have very poor Customer Service

Horrible business with horrible practices
I purchased a TV on Thanksgiving with holiday pricing waiting around a week while it said pending shipment. The day after all the holiday pricing is over my order was canceled after basically holding my money for a week and I was told it was due to not having the product, but it took a week? And a employee told me they had many in the warehouse. So I proceed to call corporate and was informed that there's nothing they can do after accepting my money and not canceling immediately so now I'm out money basically 2 weeks waiting for refund. He also told me that if I'd like to purchase for full price in the future to feel free, but they don't do roll backs on pricing or price matching. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHADY COMPANY. Yes it's out of stock at the moment now, but as a company especially when your website says on order and will have soon you honor the price it was purchased as not tell customer he can try again at full price later. That's bad business

A company not only failed to fulfill orders, but also blatantly lied to customer then lost PayPal case
I had been buying from Electronic Express (EE) for many times, due to their good deal offer from time to time... However, recently all of sudden I hit to the nightmare where this company not only failed to fulfill my orders after over a week from order date, but lied to me that they had not received my payment because it was PayPal who still holding my money... What ?! My ordeal below: I placed 3x Orders amounting to $683.91 on Aug 30, however after 7 days, I started to smell something not quite right as I still had not received any Shipping Tracking ID from this company by September 6, when I emailed to their sales support asking for why the delay - to my shock, EE Sale Support wrote back: "Sep 6, 2021, 9:24 CDT I apologize. Paypal did not process these orders or payments to through to us as of yet. You may call paypal and request them to not send us these orders so they can refund you. Have a great day! Electronic Express" When I rang PayPal on September 8, PayPal confirmed the payment was processed and sent to EE on the date of my order (i.e. Aug 30). With the strong sense of being scammed, I promptly opened disputes against EE on PayPal on September 8. Even worse, from September 8, EE did not reply to my complaint and continued to keep their silence and held up my money without delivery still. EE eventually was forced to refund all my money after almost half a month later, after PayPal found them at fault in all the 3x transactions that they actually received my money but failed to fulfill !! What a shocking company for doing business with - the worse thing out of my ordeal is not their failure of delivery after getting my money, but their lies to their customer (me) by blaming PayPal for not sending my payment to them after a week ... So to my fellow online shoppers: I have never seen big lie from a fairly large established company in my shopping experience, but you are now warned by my experience.

What can I say
What can I say? I ordered a microwave through Amazon from Electronics Express. UPS delivered it but the UPS driver said I needed to take a look at the package as it had been damaged and likely the Microwave inside was damaged as well. I looked though the holes in the cardboard and sure enough were was considerable damage to the metal casing. Not EE's fault I guess, so anyway I refused delivery and contacted EE. Whereupon I get the usual company policy line about having to wait for the Microwave to get back to them before they can decide if I get a refund. Bear in mind that they've had my money quite a few days and then they want to keep it quite a few days longer before MAYBE issuing a refund. Dreadful customer service but then again that phrase is dead for most of corporate America. So a big thank you to all the EE customer service agents for keeping your company in the worst service to customers category.

Beyond Terrible
Terrible. Back in June 2021, bought and paid for a 3300.00 77" oled tv. It arrived with a busted screen. Was told can't do replacement only refund. Ok no problem. Sent the TV back. It's now Sept 2021 and I still have not received my refund. I've got an email from them stating it would be handled by Aug 31. It's Sept 8th and not only has it not been handled, they won't even respond to me. The $3300. tv was a big splurge for me. Now I'm out a tv and $3300.00. I feel dumb for not reading these reviews.

Used product shipped as a new product
I ordered new Sony WF-SP800N Earbuds. I received a product that was very clearly opened. The charging cable sent was not a USB-C. All of the different sized silicon rubber parts (for different sized ears) were missing. You can even see someone else's skin cells and fingerprints on the earbuds. I received a return authorization listing the product as defective. The product was not defective. Electronic Express shipped a used product with incorrect and missing parts.

Electronic Express sold used product as new
Electronic Express sold me an obviously used product as new. When I complained about it, they offered me a refund, but no explanation for this kind of business behaviour. Also, Electronic Express’s underlying tone in the communication was snappy and an attitude of “Why do you bother us.” was barely disguised. Overall absolutely unacceptable business practice, F minus in communication and zero interest in customer satisfaction. If possible, this would have been zero stars!

Dishonest salespeople
Went in to buy a 43 in. T.V. Spoke with salesman, he said yes they have two in stock. I than showed him the price listed on the website. He went to the front desk & spoke to another person. Than came back to me , oh the two back there are damaged. I can't sell them. I told him , No you just don't want to sale at the price on there on website ! Walked out & went to Walmart ! Same t.v. & even cheaper !

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service - We ordered a TV from Electronic Express that arrived weeks late. When it finally got to our house, we opened the box and it was the wrong television - a cheaper version worth hundreds less than we paid. When we asked how they would correct this, they offered no apologies or solutions to the problem. We still don't have the TV we ordered. Save your time and money and go to a more reputable company.
