Worst customer service
I had three negative interactions with customer service which is either not helpful at all or simply ignoring. First, I never received any links for item reviews (clever, right, you cannot leave a review w/o a special link) - CS said it was my fault and then went ignoring. And now it was my fault that I didn't have an extra box for the items I had to return to them and which originally I received in plain wrapping paper. But carriers do not accept wrapping paper, they want boxes. So basically their free US return is a false advertising.

This is unbelievable. Their costumer service is amazing. They offer so many different styles of shoes for such good prices. The shoes are high quality and durable and ship fast. I have ordered from them before and i’m planning on doing it again.

Bad, horrible.
I'm from Puerto Rico. Ordered: "Swing-815 - Black Vegan Leather / 8 × 1" which came wrapped in a tan wrapping paper and so the box was destroyed, the boots had scratches and dust. Wish I could post photos to show the state of the wrapping, box and boots.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Purchased a pair of Swing-105’s from Demonia which had taken me a year to save up as I’m not on a lot of money and now I really wish I would’ve checked the reviews on here first. They came in the wrong size so had to return them, which cost me more than double what I’d paid for original shipping. This was also deducted from my refund which means I paid £111 for the original order and only got back £47! Absolutely disgusting, the shoes alone were £89 so I didn’t even get back the money for the shoes. Contacted their customer services via email and they were less than helpful. Spoke back and forth with a man called James, who was extremely passive aggressive and reading between the lines told me they’re a huge company so it costs them next to nothing to ship thousands of orders out, and I’m just a person so I had to pay the extortionate prices to return them. Checked DHL as was advised by James they make no money off of the return fee, only to see they charged me £5 more than what DHL say on their website. I know it sounds petty but every little detail counts. Appalling customer service with a very much, ‘you got yourself into this mess, deal with it’ attitude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE! For your own sake. I’m now £64 out of pocket for a pair of shoes that were returned the day after I received them.

Horrific experience with customer support and a broken pair of shoes
I purchased a pair of wave 202's in patent from demonia cult's website. I loves these shoes, and we're by far my favourite pair of shoes to date. But not even after 6 hours of wearing them, the heels snapped off the shoes entirely. Bare in mind, I hadn't fallen, or bent them in any way in which would cause a break, it just snapped off as I was walking, causing me to also fall over, then getting to see that only a single screw was holding the shoe and heel together, and ended up actually stabbing my heel when I fell, due to the screw completely coming loose, and protruding through the sole. I had purchased these shoes via klarna, and therefore I contacted them as soon as possible along with demonia to attempt to get my money back. Two months later after fighting with both companies and trying my hardest to get my money back, I finally got my refund at the start of November, after buying these shoes at the start of September. The support from the website and customer support is some of the worst I have ever experienced, and the quality of the shoes were beyond disappointing. From appearance they are amazing, but wear-wise it is more than disappointing. If you are interested in demonias, I would recommend purchasing them from another website, and researching reviews for the specific shoe. This is due to some shoes being far better quality than others, as I own the swing 230's, and the quality is amazing.

They delete negative reviews on their site
When you leave a negative review on their website, it doesn’t show up. I left a 1 star review weeks ago and the page says there’s 0 reviews bellow 4 stars. There’s no telling how many bad reviews they delete but I’m willing to bet it’s a ton. I’ve bought 4 pairs directly from the website. All have come with defects. Shoes this expensive shouldn’t have a bunch of defects. They corrected the problem on one pair by sending me a new strap. But I’ve currently been fighting them for 20 days with no success to send me some new straps for my latest pair of boots. They came with glue all over the front of some of the straps. I can’t just get the hard dried glue off and I don’t want to return them because I got them during the Black Friday sale. A terrible thing about the way they do exchanges is I would have to pay the full price of the shoes now and lose the money I saved during the sale. One other thing I’m worried about with exchanging is that the box came completely torn because they ship these things in nothing but one thin layer of paper. I don’t want to get penalized for the ruined box which is their fault. I was planning to buy a lot more shoes from here but now I see how scummy they are.

ZERO STARS!!!! Defective shoes, no refund.
If I could leave them ZERO stars, I would. I wish I had found these reviews sooner. I bought a pair of creepers for $75 and the eyelet on them broke as I slid my foot out softly. I’m not rough with my things, I like my things. The eyelet came off EFFORTLESSLY and now I can’t wear my shoes. Oh, I hadn’t even had them a month! And had only work them TWICE, and only in my house for thanksgiving, never went outside with them. So lame. So I emailed them and “Jessica T.” asked me to send a photo of the batch number which is located on the inside lining. So I did. That was on December 14th. I sent the photo the next day on the 15th and STILL have yet to hear back from anyone. Based on the other reviews here, I am not hopeful I will ever receive a response at this point. I even called them last week and the guy I spoke with sounded like he hated his life. He wasn’t friendly and said he sees that my issue is “in review” and that he will escalate it so that my email will get a response in one business day. Yeah, that didn’t happen either. I’ve asked for store credit. Or a refund. I don’t mind getting a store credit to re purchase a pair of shoes that isn’t defective. I mean, how f*#king hard is it? I’ve had MANY companies get back to me promptly and made things right in situations like these. Never purchasing from this horrible place again. I’ll be posting a review on YouTube soon too. So hopefully I can bring some kind of awareness to this terrible customer service. With a company making SO much money, it shouldn’t be hard to send a refund or store credit when they sent you a defective product. I am disgusted.

Absolutely horrible I have emailed customer service about my return that I sent back 5 days ago and they still have not emailed me back. Fedex didn't even give me a tracking number to even track it so freaking ridiculous worst company ever first time purchase and will be my last. They don't respond to their customers nor do they care.

DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF
I hate that I even had to give these people 1 star. This is by far the worst customer service experience of my life. I bought the emily boot for my 13 year old daughter as a Christmas present. The fit was too small, and I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size. My kid wore them around the house, and in our building as a tester. The boots were returned and I waited weeks for my refund so I could repurchase. Today I get an email saying the item was in bad condition and I will not be getting ANYTHING. These shoes cost over $100 and I WILL NOT let this go. I replied to the email with a request for a picture of what they deem bad condition. I'm certain that email went to no one, I'm certain their phone rings nowhere. So I'm going to write a letter to their address, which is probably nowhere. They want me to pay for them to send me back the boots that can't be worn by anyone. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I don't like writing bad reviews…
I don't like writing bad reviews however, I bought a Nice pair of Platform Shoes that are now sold out or discontinued either one as their not on the Website anymore. Okay let's get to the nitty gritty stuff shall we. So I bought them in the beginning of 2021 and wore them about 4 different times. The inside sole is pretty much non existence but that's fine as I like to remove them and put comfy foam soles in. One of the shoes sips was tearing from the heel of the platform and destroying the material and pulling it away from the platform. The other shoes outside sole was coming apart from the shoe all together. I emailed the company before October sending pictures to ask if it was possible to get another pair or a refund or at least a percentage off the next shoes I bought. To my surprise they've still not gotten in touch with me as the automated email response wad that someone will get in touch 2-3 weeks it never happened. I fixed the shoes pretty much had to use Gorila Glue which is a Super Strong Glue in the UK specifically for materials. I still wear them but I probably won't be buying another pair from the website P.s If I could I would have added pictures.
