Fantastic frames, price and service!! They worked with me to accommodate my budget, unusual sizes, and canvases. I have already placed my fifth order with them and will continue using this site for all my client’s needs. Quality Product and Service
When my mom passed away, we wanted to make sure we had a beautiful dedication of pictures to celebrate her life. Customer Picture Frames went above and beyond to meet my expectations. The frame and layout was the perfect memorial. It now hangs proudly in my home.

Great frames! Non-glare acrylic is a game changer!
Frames were easy to customize and arrived fast. I'm always worried about things getting damaged in transit but my frames were very secure in the packaging. LOVE the non-glare acrylic!

Even though I made an error and ordered…
Even though I made an error and ordered the wrong sized frame, the customer service rep was totally understanding and offered me a refund with no issue at all. This site is excellent for the variety of frame styles and I highly suggest using them if you need a custom sized frame!!!

Love the frames but was chipped
I really loved these frames and they were the perfect width, I was hesitant about the acrylic instead of glass but it is beautiful! Unfortunately one of the frames was chipped in the corner. It was salvageable with wood paint and if you don’t look at it too closely, but was hoping for better quality with a custom frame.
