So far it’s a 1. The package was supposed to be delivered today. But in typical FedEx fashion, all they can tell me is that there is a “delivery exception.” I need it for my granddaughter’s engagement party! If I had known you ship FedEx, I would have ordered through someone else. Their delivery stinks.

There is a bubble in one of my glasses, I think you have the worst customer service. I Purchased a Waterford lamp in 2021, sent you pictures and sent you emails. The harp of the lamp was tarnished with fingerprints, and I never heard back from you, I’m beginning to think that all of your items are seconds that they can’t sell in stores.

Oh no! Call us 9am-5pm EST and we will make it right. We never have any problem about replacing glasses. Open a ticket or call us, and we will send you new one!

I ordered two pairs of earrings
I ordered two pairs of earrings. Received them Saturday morning (March 30). Didn't like one pair. Tried to do a return and it said earrings weren't returnable (my bad), but it gave me no other options at all. Not even to talk to someone. I have emailed Swarovski and let them know that I unhappy with their item and I would expect that one of their authorized retailers would abide by the same rules as Swarovski themselves (Swarovski will let you return earrings). I haven't heard back yet.

Lead Crystal or Not ?
I will be returning 2 Decanters that were advertised as non-leaded crystal. In my experience, I learned that to be sure that the glass maker could not claim that a product was crystal unless it was made with a minimum of ca. 26% lead oxide. The decanters came in a box that indicated they were crystal, not unleaded glass. Therefore, I consider the advertisement to be false.

Disappointing and over priced shipping experience
I paid the most ever for shipping and kept looking for updates about arrival of my order. My package arrived 2 days before I found it on my porch with no warning. Luckily, it was still there but only the tape across the top was intact. When I looked back at my order confirmation email, I found the notice that my order had shipped in VERY small print with no further update. Very disappointed in this process!

The shopping and checkout were fine
The shopping and checkout were fine, but the quality of the item is terrible. The glass flutes weren't anything like the ones I had previously purchased. The cuts aren't real and the glasses are shorter. I'll not order a Cash product again.

The item was broken upon receipt. So had to glue the daisy back on Kris Bear. Shipping was badly done no wonder the Swarvorski item was broken. Also, you are the only company that in general charges for shipping. Crazy

Terrible and would never recommend
I never got a receipt. I was charged almost $50 more than expected. I couldn't get anyone on the phone and had no idea the order had been placed other than from checking my bank account. Terrible service and would never recommend.

Unreliable stock
They let you order items that aren’t in stock then tell you 4 weeks later that they have to cancel the order. If you’re buying as a gift, expect to get left hanging empty handed with little notice. They don’t care one bit about it either.

Deceitful Stock Showings & Shipping Dates
Made a large order (over 1K) in Jan 1 of 2024, items showed in stock and will ship within a week. Made this large order only for shipping to be updated to March, three months later, now updated to April. Very deceitful and misleading from this company. Upon reaching out and asking if I could have expedited shipping for the troubles I was promptly shut down on the request. Look for better alternatives because this place does not value paying customers.

Just tired of the disappointment of buying products from you. The disappointment is in the quality of some of the Items you offer for sell. Not in the speed of USPS or whomever. Logistically I live in the first major City west so let’s not pay ourselves on the back too much.

The base on the bowl was insufficient to mount on the wall. More importantly, when I attempted to return it, I found out it was not returnable I don’t recall seeing that information when I bought it!
