So far it’s a 1. The package was supposed to be delivered today. But in typical FedEx fashion, all they can tell me is that there is a “delivery exception.” I need it for my granddaughter’s engagement party!
If I had known you ship FedEx, I would have ordered through someone else. Their delivery stinks.
