Azlo gets five super epic stars from me!
Banking with them is safe, fast, and easy. If you do need help though, their customer service is out of this world, which is so rare these days. They actually listen and connect.

Response time is like no other
Response time is like no other. Nicole and Owen were both very helpful and I felt like they genuinely wanted to fix my issue. They were very candid and got down to the answers quickly. Great phone service.

Lexi and Nicole are AWESOME!!

Problems Solved
I was so happy that the account rep was able to help me with a problem I was having connecting another account. What had been a back and forth problem with another financial institution was a very simple solve for Azlo. Aris removed so much stress for me with a simple solution.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! Just go with a traditional reputable bank!
Got an email out of nowhere saying they are closing my account and won’t even tell me why. They told me that can’t disclose this information about MY account. Horrible, horrible, horrible. This is a financial institution that pulls something like this? WITH NO EXPLANATION. I read these reviews to other people I know that use AZLO and they are thinking about taking their business elsewhere. WHAT AN UNEASY FEELING. I want to be with a bank where I feel comfortable and where they have my back is something goes wrong... not a bank that will just shut you out and close an account. NO WAY. Stay away..... glad this happened so that I can tell others about this!

I love this company
I love this company. The sign up process took a few tries to verify but that’s how business accounts work . I work for a bank . No one would give me a business account because I had not gotten my llc . But Azlo did . I love the app , no issues with my card , customer service is amazing .... I really don’t have any issues here . Even when I grow I don’t plan on switching to a larger bank ..... Thank you for giving me an opportunity Azlo .

Azlo: A Fraudulent and Discriminatory Bank
Denied my business account application without giving any specific reasons after entering my personal information into their systems. Their business model is unethical and is far from being socially responsible. Immediately upon receiving the e-mail notice that my account application was denied "for not being a good fit," I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I hope others will as well. An ethical bank would have absolutely explained why the application was denied.

Great! Would definitely recommend to small businesses.
I've been with Azlo for a year and so far have absolutely loved the experience. I became worried about 10 days ago when my wallet was stolen and thieves ran up significant fraudulent charges on my account. An Azlo claims representative told me that it might take up to 90 days to resolve my issue, which would have been disastrous for my small business cash flow. I shouldn't have been worried; Azlo resolved it within 8 days. Thanks, Azlo! Will happily continue banking here.

Azlo is a great business bank account
Azlo is a great business bank account, they are patient with you if you run into a "mishap" and very responsive & helpful! I recommend this bank to anyone needing a business bank account for their company!

Amazingly helpful!
I recently started a small business and all the details feel overwhelming at times. As I explored banking options, I found Azlo to perfectly fit my needs. I've had three conversations with Azlo folks, on the phone and through chat. Each was extremely helpful and nice. I really appreciate their help and the Azlo banking structure, it's great that some part of a startup can be straightforward =)

Debit Card Dispute - Great Experience
I had an odd experience with one of eBay's sellers. I had returned a product I'd purchased and wasn't refunded. Rather than continuing that bizarre, not going anywhere process, I asked for help in disputing the charge. Azlo stepped in assisting with resolution. Got my money back! :)
