Ive been impressed with Azlos customer service! I can get answers to my banking questions by phone or by email. Always a quick response! Everyone I’ve interacted with at Azlo has been personable and helpful! I’ve always felt in good hands with the Azlo team.

Love this bank
I have had nothing but an excellent experience with this bank, and your customer service is the best. Responsive, fixes any issue immediately, just all-round easy to work with, and when your running a small business, that is huge, not to be battling a bank.

Great for my business account
I needed a new account for my business. Azlo's process was EASY and I could do it from my home office. I did not get a checking account, but Azlo accommodated me by providing an option to have Azlo mail checks drawn on my account on my behalf. When I got a business account at a physical bank, the process took HOURS where I had to stay at the bank; I spent little time gathering the documents needed for Azlo. Adding a new user was also easy with Azlo - one downside is that getting a new user a debit card takes weeks. Other than that, I am happy with the service.

In the end get a real bank account
They wasted over a week of my time over an arbitrary rule that no one else has ... and in the end Ive had to go out and open another account at another "real" bank so I could deposit funds and use them for my business. The last support person I spoke with was very unapologetic and just seemed to be enjoying the ability to say ... no

I highly recommend Azlo
I would recommend Azlo to anyone not requiring more than one account for their business. Even the new single envelope is limiting for those of us who use the Profit First method. Other than that, I love the idea of NEVER having to step foot inside a bank and do the fake niceties that go with two hour account setup.

Unbeatable Business Banking
Azlo is an excellent choice for small business banking. Their phone app is always working without any issues, their customer service is excellent, and there are no fees. They have been continually adding new features as well. Also important to note : I had an issue with a payment made to a merchant, and Azlo went above and beyond to protect me and get my money back. That says a lot about the bank. I will always bank with Azlo.

Big Azlo fan
Big Azlo fan! I love the interface of this bank and the ease of navigation both on desktop and with their app. Invoicing is SO easy and there aren't any fees linked to my account! It's a dream. I wish there was an option to schedule invoices in advance, but otherwise I'm so happy I trusted Azlo as my small business bank as I launch into the world of freelancing.

Low-cost business bank account
I needed a business bank account, but all my local banks had a ridiculous amount of fees for a little startup like mine. I chose Azlo, figuring I had nothing much to lose anyway, and it has been very convenient, with online banking, remote deposits, and direct communication with my Square account.

I have 1 account with azlo and have experienced nothing but horrible customer service. When trying to setup a 2nd business they denied me. I'll be leaving, I need better customer service and more features.

Horrible!!!
Horrible, just simply horrible. They wouldnt take my secretary of state cert. For my llc so then i provided the tax EIN. They then requested i provided them more details and pricing on the products i was selling when i told them im i process of finding suppliers. Just wayyyy to much to start a bank account when every other bank doesnt need nearly as much information. I submitted my application for review 3 times!! After they came.back with more request the 4th!!! Time. I simply asked them to cancel the whole thing. Whole waste of my time. I took my business else where.

I asked to have a cashier's check sent…
I asked to have a cashier's check sent to my business partner to be sent to someone else. The representative was not clear on the fact that the check would made out to my business partner which created issues for us when we attempted to pay our website developer because the check was mad out to my business partner and not him. I am very displeased with this service.

Discriminatory Banking Practices
This company involves itself in discriminatory banking practices. They denied me a business banking account, not based on my credit worthiness or any other financial aspect, but because they don't like how I look. Lily, the person I was emailing with, said that she was only willing to tell me that her team researched me and my business online and wouldn't approve me, and nothing more. She repeatedly refused to tell me the specific reason why I was denied, which is obvious that it wasn't a valid one. Black women business owners, avoid this company at all costs!

The New Way to Bank!
I was in need of a checking account for my new LLC. I am so glad that I found Azlo. The process could not possibly have been any more convenient. I did end up having a few questions for customer service. Whatever the bot could not answer immediately, was followed up on by a human being tout de suite. No need to look further than Azlo for all your banking needs.

I opened a business account they…
I opened a business account they accepted it sent me a confirmation. Then when I deposited my first check the closed my account. This bank is a joke.
